व्यर्थ की चिंता छोड़ दीजिए

 इसलिए व्यर्थ की चिंता छोड़ दीजिए — क्योंकि चिंता कभी समस्या हल नहीं करती, वह सिर्फ आपको हल होने से रोकती है।

यह लाइन सुनने में आसान लगती है, जीने में सबसे मुश्किल। हम सब जानते हैं चिंता करना बेकार है, फिर भी रात को 2 बजे वही बात दिमाग में घूमती है जो हमारे हाथ में ही नहीं है। चलो आज इसे दिल से समझते हैं, जैसे कोई बड़ा भाई छोटे को समझाता है।

1. चिंता और चिंतन में फर्क समझो

हम सोचते हैं हम सोच रहे हैं, पर हम असल में चिंता कर रहे होते हैं।

चिंतन मतलब — समस्या क्या है, हल क्या हो सकता है, पहला कदम क्या लूँ। यह एक्शन है।

चिंता मतलब — अगर ऐसा हो गया तो, अगर वैसा हो गया तो, लोग क्या कहेंगे। यह लूप है।

गीता में कृष्ण ने अर्जुन से कहा — "कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन।" तुम्हारा हक काम पर है, फल पर नहीं। चिंता फल पर होती है, चिंतन काम पर होता है।

इसलिए पहली बार जब मन भटके, खुद से पूछो — "क्या मैं अभी कुछ कर सकता हूँ?" अगर हाँ, तो करो। अगर नहीं, तो छोड़ दो।

2. व्यर्थ की चिंता कहाँ से आती है

तीन जगह से —

अतीत — "काश मैंने वह नौकरी न छोड़ी होती, काश मैं उससे लड़ता नहीं।" अतीत जा चुका है, वह अब सिर्फ याद है। तुम उसे बदल नहीं सकते, तुम सिर्फ उससे सीख सकते हो।

भविष्य — "अगर बिजनेस फेल हो गया, अगर बच्चा फेल हो गया, अगर बीमारी बढ़ गई।" भविष्य आया ही नहीं। तुम आज के डर से कल की फिल्म बना रहे हो।

लोग — "वो क्या सोचेगा, समाज क्या कहेगा।" लोग दो मिनट सोचते हैं, फिर अपनी जिंदगी में लग जाते हैं। तुम पूरी जिंदगी उनकी दो मिनट की सोच के लिए जी रहे हो।

इन तीनों में एक बात कॉमन है — कंट्रोल तुम्हारे पास नहीं है। और जो कंट्रोल में नहीं, उसकी चिंता करना व्यर्थ है।

3. शरीर पर क्या असर होता है

चिंता सिर्फ मन की बात नहीं, यह पेट में एसिड बनाती है, नींद चुराती है, दिल की धड़कन बढ़ाती है। डॉक्टर कहते हैं 80% बीमारियाँ तनाव से शुरू होती हैं।

तुम सोचते हो तुम समस्या सुलझा रहे हो, असल में तुम समस्या को शरीर में पाल रहे हो। एक चिंता हजार बार सोचने से हल नहीं होती, एक सही कदम उठाने से होती है।

4. तो छोड़ें कैसे — व्यावहारिक रास्ता

मैं तुम्हें प्रवचन नहीं, रोज के चार छोटे उपाय देता हूँ।

पहला — चिंता का समय तय करो

रोज शाम 7 से 7:15 तक "चिंता टाइम" रखो। दिन में जब भी चिंता आए, कागज पर लिख लो — "शाम को सोचूंगा।" शाम को देखोगे, आधी बातें बेकार लगेंगी। दिमाग को पता चलता है कि हर समय चिंता का नहीं है।

दूसरा — लिख कर फाड़ दो

जो बात घूम रही है, उसे पूरा लिखो। "मुझे डर है कि..." लिखते ही दिमाग हल्का होता है। फिर कागज फाड़ दो। यह प्रतीक है — मैं इसे छोड़ रहा हूँ।

तीसरा — सांस वाला स्विच

जब घबराहट बढ़े, 4-4-4 करो। 4 सेकंड सांस लो, 4 सेकंड रोको, 4 सेकंड छोड़ो। पांच बार। शरीर को सिग्नल जाता है — खतरा नहीं है। चिंता शरीर का अलार्म है, सांस से अलार्म बंद होता है।

चौथा — भरोसा रखो

राम को वनवास हुआ, सीता हरण हुआ, फिर भी वे हर सुबह सूर्य को प्रणाम करते थे। कृष्ण ने महाभारत देखा, फिर भी बांसुरी बजाई। क्योंकि उन्हें पता था — समय बदलता है, धर्म नहीं।

तुम भी एक वाक्य याद रखो — "जो मेरे हाथ में है, वह मैं करूंगा। जो मेरे हाथ में नहीं, वह ईश्वर देखेगा।" यह आलस नहीं, यह समर्पण है।

5. व्यर्थ छोड़ोगे तो क्या मिलेगा

जब चिंता जाएगी, जगह खाली होगी। उस खाली जगह में तीन चीजें आएंगी —

नींद — गहरी, बिना सपने की।

साफ सोच — तब तुम समस्या नहीं, समाधान देखोगे।

शांति — वही शांति जिसके लिए हम मंदिर जाते हैं, वह तुम्हारे अंदर बैठ जाएगी।

लोग पूछेंगे तुम इतने शांत कैसे हो। तुम कहोगे — मैंने व्यर्थ की चिंता छोड़ दी।

6. एक छोटी कहानी से समझो

एक आदमी नदी किनारे बैठा था, हाथ में पत्थर। हर चिंता आती, वह पत्थर पानी में फेंकता। लहरें बनतीं, फिर शांत हो जातीं। एक साधु ने पूछा, "क्या कर रहे हो?" वह बोला, "चिंता फेंक रहा हूँ।" साधु हँसा, "पत्थर फेंकने से नदी भारी नहीं होती, तू हल्का होता है।"

बस वही करो। चिंता को पकड़ कर मत बैठो, उसे जाने दो। नदी तुम्हारी जिंदगी है, वह बहती रहेगी।

अंतिम बात

इसलिए व्यर्थ की चिंता छोड़ दीजिए —

क्योंकि कल की चिंता करके आज की रोटी ठंडी हो जाती है।

क्योंकि जो होना है, वह होकर रहेगा, तुम चिंता करो या प्रार्थना।

क्योंकि तुम्हारी सबसे बड़ी ताकत तुम्हारा आज है।

आज काम करो, आज हँसो, आज माफ करो, आज सो जाओ। बाकी सब केदारनाथ वाले महादेव, अयोध्या वाले राम, और तुलसी में बैठी माँ देख लेंगी।

छोड़ दो। सच में छोड़ दो। तुम हल्के हो जाओगे।

अस्तित्व का भ्रम

​जो जानते हो सत्य, बस मन को वही मनवा दो,

यही है सार साधना का, अंतस में जगा दो।

विड़म्बना मगर यही, तुम जानते कुछ और हो,

पर मन खड़ा विपरीत धूरी, मचता शोर और है।

​कहते हो तुम 'मैं देह नहीं, हूँ शुद्ध आत्मा',

पर मन न माने तथ्य यह, न समझे परमात्मा।

जितनी चेष्टा तुम करो, कि मन ये बात मान ले,

उतना ही इंकार ये, हर साँस में ठान ले।

अभाव से उपजा भ्रम

​घिरा है मन अज्ञान से, भ्रम का बना साम्राज्य है,

जिसका वजूद कुछ भी नहीं, उस पर टिका यह राज्य है।

अस्तित्वहीन को सदा, अस्तित्व हम देते रहे,

शून्य को ही सींचकर, बस पोषित हम करते रहे।

​प्रेम घटा तो घृणा की इक नई दीवार खड़ी हुई,

​शांति खोई तो अशांति मन के आंगन में बढ़ी हुई।

​ज्ञान ओझल हुआ तो अज्ञानता का भाव है,

​प्रकाश के ही दूर होने का नाम तो अंधकार है।

संघर्ष की भूल

​अभाव को न दूर किया, बस लड़ने का प्रयत्न किया,

अस्तित्वहीन साये से, सदा ही हमने भय किया।

तुम जिससे लड़ते भागते, उसे सत्य मान लेते हो,

अस्तित्व उसका न सही, पर सत्ता तुम ही देते हो।

​लड़ने से, बचने से सदा, वो और भी बलवान है,

तुम्हारी शक्ति छीन कर ही, उसका बना उत्थान है।

नकारात्मक शक्ति का, न कोई अपना वास है,

स्विकारते हो मन से तुम, बस इसीलिए वो पास है।

​साधना का सूत्र: > जिसे मिटाना है, उससे लड़ना छोड़ दो;

बस उस 'अभाव' को 'भाव' से भरना सीख लो।

ऊर्जा का नियंत्रण और रूपांतरण

​

समय रहते अपनी ऊर्जा की गति को नियंत्रित करने का प्रयास कर, अन्यथा वही अनियंत्रित गति तेरी मती (बुद्धि) को नष्ट कर देगी। यदि ऐसा हुआ, तो तेरा संपूर्ण अस्तित्व विषय-वासनाओं और संसार के सम्मोहन में कुछ इस कदर उलझ जाएगा कि न तो जीवन रहते उससे मुक्त हो पाएगा और न ही जीवन के पश्चात। 🔱

​यह कैसे संभव है?

​अब यदि प्रश्न उठे कि यह नियंत्रण कैसे हो, तो इतना जान ले:

• साधना का आधार: संसार की समस्त साधनाओं का मूल आधार ही ऊर्जा का नियमन है।

• क्रिया का प्रयोजन: प्रत्येक साधना और क्रिया का अंतिम लक्ष्य ऊर्जा का सही दिशा में प्रवाह सुनिश्चित करना है।

• रूपांतरण: स्वयं के भीतर आने वाला हर वास्तविक रूपांतरण इसी ऊर्जा के प्रबंधन पर टिका है।

गायत्री को वेदमाता कहा गया है। 'ॐ भूर्भुवः स्वः तत्सवितुर्वरेण्यं भर्गो देवस्य धीमहि धियो यो नः प्रचोदयात्' — यह केवल प्रार्थना नहीं, शरीर की सफाई का यंत्र है। नकारात्मक ऊर्जा कोई भूत नहीं, यह जमी हुई थकान, डर, ईर्ष्या, पुराने विचारों का कचरा है। गायत्री उसे तीन स्तर पर काटती है — ध्वनि से, श्वास से, प्रकाश से।

1. ध्वनि — कंपन से सफाई

हमारा शरीर 70% पानी है। पानी कंपन पकड़ता है। जब तुम गायत्री बोलते हो, जीभ तालु, दाँत, कंठ — 24 जगह छूती है। यह 24 अक्षर 24 नाड़ियों को हिलाते हैं।

ॐ — पेट की नाभि में गूँज। यहाँ भय जमा होता है। ॐ की लंबी ध्वनि नाभि को हिलाती है, जैसे ढोल पर थाप।

भूर्भुवः स्वः — छाती और गले में कंपन। यहाँ दुःख और न बोले शब्द अटके रहते हैं।

त्सवितुः — माथे में। यहाँ ओवरथिंकिंग।

विज्ञान में इसे 'vagal toning' कहते हैं। लंबी ध्वनि वेगस नर्व को शांत करती है। जब नर्व शांत, तो शरीर 'fight-flight' से 'rest-digest' में आता है। नकारात्मक ऊर्जा का पहला घर तनाव है। तनाव गया, ऊर्जा हल्की।

गायत्री को जोर से नहीं, गुनगुनाकर जपो। 11 बार में ही कंधे ढीले लगते हैं।

2. श्वास — प्राण का झाड़ू

हम दिन में 21,600 बार साँस लेते हैं, पर उथली। नकारात्मक ऊर्जा कार्बन डाइऑक्साइड की तरह जमा होती है।

गायत्री का छंद 24 अक्षर, 3 पाद। स्वाभाविक रूप से साँस इस तरह चलती है।

साँस लो — ॐ भूर्भुवः स्वः

रोको — तत्सवितुर्वरेण्यं

छोड़ो — भर्गो देवस्य धीमहि धियो यो नः प्रचोदयात्

यह 1:1:2 का अनुपात बनाता है। रोकने से प्राण शरीर के कोनों में जाता है — जोड़ों, आँतों, रीढ़ के नीचे। छोड़ने से वहाँ की गर्मी, भारीपन बाहर निकलता है।

रोज सुबह 27 बार इस लय से जप करो। 7वें दिन लोग कहते हैं, "सिर हल्का, पेट साफ।" यह चमत्कार नहीं, ऑक्सीजन है।

3. प्रकाश — मन की सफाई

मंत्र का अर्थ है — "हम उस सविता के तेज का ध्यान करते हैं, जो बुद्धि को प्रेरित करे।"

'भर्गो' शब्द का अर्थ पाप नाशक तेज। जब तुम तेज का ध्यान करते हो, मस्तिष्क में चित्र बनता है — सूर्य। आँख बंद करके सूर्य देखने से पीनियल ग्रंथि सक्रिय होती है। यह मेलाटोनिन और सेरोटोनिन का संतुलन ठीक करती है।

नकारात्मक ऊर्जा का दूसरा रूप है — नेगेटिव थॉट लूप। वही बात बार। गायत्री में तुम जानबूझकर एक उजला चित्र रखते हो। मस्तिष्क एक समय में दो चित्र नहीं रख सकता। अंधेरा अपने आप हटता है।

तंत्र कहता है, 'धीमहि' — हम धारण करते हैं। धारण करने से ऊर्जा बदलती है। जैसे लोहे को आग में रखो, लोहा आग जैसा हो जाता है।

शरीर के सात केंद्रों पर असर

आयुर्वेद इसे ऐसे देखता है।

मूलाधार — ॐ से कंपन, डर निकलता है

स्वाधिष्ठान — भूः से, यौन अपराधबोध हल्का

मणिपुर — भुवः से, ईर्ष्या की जलन कम

अनाहत — स्वः से, पुराना दुःख पिघलता है

विशुद्धि — तत् से, न कही बातें साफ

आज्ञा — सवितुः से, भ्रम हटता है

सहस्रार — धीमहि से, अहंकार पतला

तुम्हें चक्र याद रखने की जरूरत नहीं। मंत्र खुद चलता है।

कैसे करना है, कितना करना है

समय — ब्रह्म मुहूर्त 4-6 बजे सबसे अच्छा। नहीं तो सूर्यास्त। खाली पेट।

आसन — रीढ़ सीधी, जमीन पर। जूते नहीं।

संख्या — शुरू में 11, फिर 27, फिर 108। माला तुलसी या स्फटिक।

भाव — माँगो मत। सिर्फ सुनो। ध्वनि को शरीर में घूमने दो।

पहले 3 दिन भारीपन बढ़ेगा — कचरा उठ रहा है। 4-7 दिन हल्कापन। 21 दिन बाद लोग तुम्हारे पास बैठकर शांत महसूस करेंगे। क्योंकि तुम्हारा क्षेत्र साफ हो गया।

नकारात्मक ऊर्जा हटने के लक्षण

नींद गहरी, सपने कम डरावने

सुबह बिना अलार्म आँख खुलना

छोटी बातों पर गुस्सा नहीं

भोजन कम, प्यास ज्यादा

पुराने लोगों की याद आए पर दर्द नहीं

यह कोई जादू नहीं। यह ध्वनि, श्वास और ध्यान का संयुक्त विज्ञान है। ऋषियों ने इसे मंत्र कहा, आज हम इसे न्यूरो-साउंड थेरेपी कह सकते हैं।

गायत्री हटाती नहीं, जलाती है। जैसे सूर्य ओस सुखा देता है, वैसे 'भर्गो' नकारात्मकता को सुखा देता है। और जब शरीर खाली होता है, तब वही जगह प्रकाश भर लेता है।

रोज कहो — ॐ भूर्भुवः स्वः... और सुनो, शरीर खुद बताएगा कि बोझ उतर रहा है।

मन कहीं और भटक रहा

 Mental Peace - आज के समय में सबसे बड़ी समस्या यह हो गई है कि इंसान जहां होता है, उसका मन वहां नहीं होता। 

कई बार आप किसी से बात कर रहे होते हैं, लेकिन अचानक ध्यान कहीं और चला जाता है। सामने वाला क्या बोल रहा था, वह भी याद नहीं रहता। 

ऐसा इसलिए होता है क्योंकि मन वर्तमान में नहीं रहता। या तो बीते हुए कल में उलझा रहता है, या आने वाले कल की चिंता और प्लानिंग में खोया रहता है।

धीरे-धीरे यही आदत इंसान को “एब्सेंट माइंडेड” बना देती है। फिर व्यक्ति कहीं घूमने जाए, लोगों से मिले, अच्छा खाना खाए या किसी सुंदर जगह पर जाए, उसे असली आनंद महसूस ही नहीं होता। क्योंकि वह उन पलों को पूरी तरह जी ही नहीं पाता। 

शरीर वहां होता है, लेकिन मन कहीं और भटक रहा होता है।

अगर आप चाहते हैं कि जिंदगी को गहराई से महसूस करें, खुश रहें, हर पल का रस लें और मानसिक रूप से मजबूत बनें, तो कुछ आदतों को बदलना जरूरी है। आज हम ऐसे ही कुछ आसान लेकिन असरदार तरीके समझेंगे जो आपको वर्तमान में जीना सिखा सकते हैं।

सोशल मीडिया का इस्तेमाल सीमित करें

सबसे पहले आपको सोशल मीडिया की आदत को कंट्रोल करना होगा। आज सबसे ज्यादा दिमाग को भटकाने वाली चीज यही है। बिना वजह बार-बार मोबाइल उठाना, रील्स देखना, नोटिफिकेशन चेक करना, यह सब दिमाग को लगातार अस्थिर बनाए रखता है।

इसके लिए दिन का एक तय समय बना लीजिए कि सोशल मीडिया कब देखना है। आधा घंटा या एक घंटा काफी है। उसके अलावा जब भी मन करे मोबाइल खोलने का, खुद को रोकिए और कहिए कि अभी इसका समय नहीं है।

अगर अचानक कोई चीज देखने का मन करे, तो उसे तुरंत देखने की बजाय लिख लीजिए। इससे आपका दिमाग शांत रहेगा और बार-बार भटकने से बचेगा।

आंखों और दिमाग को आराम देना सीखिए

जब भी मोबाइल उठाने का मन करे, उसकी जगह कुछ मिनट आंखें धीरे-धीरे बंद करके बैठिए। आंखों को पूरी तरह रिलैक्स होने दीजिए। इससे मानसिक ऊर्जा बचती है और दिमाग धीरे-धीरे शांत होने लगता है।

हमारा ब्रेन लगातार स्क्रीन की वजह से थका रहता है। थोड़ी देर की यह शांति दिमाग को दोबारा संतुलित करने लगती है।

फोन पर जरूरत से ज्यादा बातें करना कम करें

आज लोग घंटों फोन पर बातें करते रहते हैं। लेकिन फोन पर बातचीत इंसान को मानसिक रूप से ज्यादा उलझा देती है। क्योंकि वहां सिर्फ आवाज होती है, सामने वाले की ऊर्जा और भावनाएं पूरी तरह महसूस नहीं होतीं।

इसलिए जरूरी बातें कम शब्दों में करें। छोटी और स्पष्ट बातचीत करें। हर बात फोन पर शेयर करने की आदत छोड़ें। लोगों से मिलकर बातचीत करने की कोशिश करें।

ज्यादा बोलने की बजाय गाना गाइए

अगर आपको लगातार बोलते रहने की आदत है, तो उसकी जगह संगीत को अपनाइए। कोई शांत भजन, मधुर गीत या ऐसा संगीत जो मन को सुकून दे, उसे सुनिए और साथ में गाइए भी।

गाने से दिमाग हल्का होता है। व्यक्ति अपनी आवाज और अपनी भावनाओं से जुड़ता है। इससे मन वर्तमान में टिकने लगता है और अंदर शांति पैदा होती है।

अवेयरनेस बढ़ाइए

अक्सर इंसान इस बात में दुखी रहता है कि उसके पास क्या नहीं है। लेकिन जो चीजें उसके पास हैं, उनका आनंद लेना भूल जाता है।

अगर आपके पास बड़ी गाड़ी नहीं है लेकिन साइकिल है, तो उसका आनंद लीजिए। प्रकृति को देखिए। सुबह का सूरज, शाम का आसमान, पेड़-पौधे, हवा, बारिश — इन सबको महसूस कीजिए।

जब आप आसपास की छोटी-छोटी चीजों को ध्यान से महसूस करना शुरू करते हैं, तब आपका मन वर्तमान में आना शुरू होता है।

टालने की आदत छोड़िए

बहुत लोग हर अच्छी चीज को कल पर टाल देते हैं। कल एक्सरसाइज करेंगे, कल शुरू करेंगे, कल बदलेंगे। यही प्रोक्रास्टिनेशन धीरे-धीरे इंसान को कमजोर बना देता है।

इसके लिए अपने मूड और वातावरण को फ्रेश रखिए। कमरे में प्राकृतिक खुशबू रखिए। फूल रखिए। हल्का संगीत सुनिए। ऐसा माहौल बनाइए जिससे मन अपने आप एक्टिव महसूस करे।

जब वातावरण अच्छा होता है, तो काम करने की इच्छा अपने आप बढ़ने लगती है।

गैजेट्स से थोड़ा दूर होकर नेचर से जुड़िए

जितना ज्यादा इंसान स्क्रीन और गैजेट्स में खोता जाता है, उतना ही उसका मन बिखरता जाता है।

मोबाइल गेम्स की जगह आउटडोर एक्टिविटी कीजिए। पौधे लगाइए। उनकी देखभाल कीजिए। कभी नदी किनारे जाइए, कभी पार्क में बैठिए, कभी गौशाला या शांत जगहों पर समय बिताइए।

नेचर के साथ समय बिताने से मन धीरे-धीरे स्थिर होने लगता है।

ग्लैमर से बाहर निकलकर असली सुंदरता को समझिए

आजकल लोग ट्रेंड्स और दिखावे में इतने उलझ गए हैं कि उनकी शांति खत्म हो गई है। हर समय नया फैशन, नया स्टाइल, नई चीज चाहिए।

लेकिन ग्लैमर कभी खत्म नहीं होता। ट्रेंड बदलते रहते हैं और इंसान लगातार भागता रहता है।

इसलिए दिखावे की बजाय असली सुंदरता को अपनाइए। सादगी में सुंदरता खोजिए। अपने घर को शांत और सुंदर बनाइए। खुद को अच्छे तरीके से संभालिए लेकिन बिना दिखावे के।

असली सुंदरता वह होती है जो मन को हल्का महसूस कराए।

ओवरथिंकिंग कम कीजिए

हर समय सोचते रहना भी एक बड़ी समस्या है। इंसान बैठा होता है लेकिन दिमाग लगातार भाग रहा होता है।

इसके लिए दिन में कुछ बार “थॉटलेसनेस” का अभ्यास करें। दो मिनट के लिए आंखें बंद करके बैठिए और कोशिश कीजिए कि कोई विचार ना आए।

अगर कोई जरूरी काम याद आए, तो उसे डायरी में लिख दीजिए। अगर कोई नेगेटिव विचार बार-बार आए, तो उसे भी लिखिए। लिखने से दिमाग हल्का होता है।

धीरे-धीरे आपका मन शांत होना शुरू हो जाएगा।

वर्तमान सबसे बड़ा उपहार है

बीते हुए समय में बार-बार जाना या भविष्य की चिंता में डूबे रहना, दोनों ही इंसान को वर्तमान से दूर कर देते हैं।

लेकिन असली जिंदगी सिर्फ वर्तमान में होती है। जो इंसान वर्तमान को जीना सीख जाता है, वही जीवन का असली आनंद महसूस करता है।

जब आप पूरी तरह वर्तमान में रहते हैं, तो धीरे-धीरे आपका मन मेडिटेशन की अवस्था में भी पहुंचने लगता है। फिर छोटी-छोटी चीजें भी आपको खुशी देने लगती हैं।

इसलिए आज से कोशिश कीजिए कि हर पल को पूरी जागरूकता के साथ जिएं। क्योंकि वर्तमान से बड़ा कोई तोहफा नहीं होता।

आपका मन सबसे ज्यादा कहाँ भटकता है — Past में, Future में या Social Media में?

रिश्तो की गहराई

 रिश्ते केवल शब्दों और नियमों का खेल नहीं हैं।

यह उस अदृश्य धारा का संगीत है, जो दो आत्माओं के बीच बहती है

कभी शांत, कभी उग्र, कभी कोमल, कभी प्रखर।

अक्सर हम कहते हैं “समानता होनी चाहिए।”

पर जब दोनों साथी एक ही सुर में गाने की कोशिश करते हैं,

तब वही स्वतंत्र स्वर दब जाता है,

जैसे हवा को किसी पिंजरे में बंद कर दिया गया हो।

जब कोई साथी अपनी आवाज़ उठाता है, अपनी दिशा चुनता है,

तो अक्सर सामने वाला डरता है।

न केवल शब्दों में, बल्कि आँखों, हाथों, मौन में यह डर कहता है: “तुम मेरे बनाए आदर्शों को तोड़ रहे हो।”

लेकिन रिश्ते की गहराई वहीं है,

जहाँ आवाज़ स्वतंत्र हो, और उसे सुना जाए बिना डर या नियंत्रण के।

सामाजिक न्याय केवल उपस्थित होने का नाम नहीं;

यह तब है जब हर भावना, हर इच्छा, हर निर्णय को सम्मान और समझ मिलती है।

पुरानी आदतें कहती हैं “नेतृत्व एक का होगा, समर्थन दूसरे का।”

लेकिन जब साथी केवल समर्थन देने वाले न रहें,

बल्कि निर्णय लेने वाले, मार्गदर्शन करने वाले, अपनी पहचान बनाए रखने वाले बनें,

तब रिश्ता स्थायी और असली बनता है।

स्वतंत्रता केवल शक्ति का सवाल नहीं है।

यह चेतना और समझ का सवाल है।

जो साथी अपनी राह चुनता है,

जो अपनी अंतरात्मा की सुनता है,

वह कभी केवल सहारा नहीं,

बल्कि समान भागीदारी और नेतृत्व की मिसाल बनता है।

और डर? बेचैनी?

यह स्वाभाविक हैं।

यह वही डर है कि साथी कहीं अपनी दिशा न बदल दे,

कहीं अलग विचार न अपनाए।

पर वही स्वतंत्रता, वही अलग दृष्टि,

रिश्तों को गहराई और प्रगति देती है।

पुराने समीकरण टूटेंगे

पुराने आदर्श झुकेंगे

जब नए विचार और स्वतंत्रता आएगी।

यही वह क्षण है जब असली न्याय, असली सम्मान, वास्तविक प्यार प्रकट होगा।

यह केवल आदर्शों का सवाल नहीं, यह जीवन और आत्मा का संगीत है।

रिश्ता केवल मौजूद होने, बोलने, सहयोग देने तक सीमित नहीं।

यह स्वतंत्रता की यात्रा है, समझ की यात्रा है,

नेतृत्व और सम्मान की यात्रा है।

जब साथी केवल नारे नहीं,

बल्कि जीवन के हर निर्णय, हर भावना और हर संघर्ष में समान भागीदारी निभाते हैं,

तब रिश्ता समय की कसौटी पर टिकता है।

सबसे वास्तविक संतुलन वही है

जो स्वतंत्र आवाज़, नेतृत्व और सम्मान को स्वीकार करे।

जहाँ प्यार केवल स्वीकार्यता नहीं,

बल्कि स्वतंत्रता का प्रतिबिंब हो।

जहाँ निर्णय केवल शक्ति का खेल नहीं,

बल्कि साझेदारी का गीत हो।

रिश्ते की गहराई वहाँ है,

जहाँ हर स्वर अपने आप में स्वतंत्र है,

लेकिन फिर भी समन्वय के संगीत में बंधा है।

यह वही चक्र है जो समय और परिस्थिति की कसौटी पर टिकता है।

और यही वह संगीत है जो दो आत्माओं को सामान्य रूप से, समान रूप से, असली रूप से जोड़ता है।

साथ रहते हुए भी अनुपस्थित है लोग

 "रिश्तों में अप्रासंगिक होते लोग: साथ रहते हुए भी अनुपस्थित"

हमारे समय की सबसे बड़ी विडंबना यह नहीं है कि लोग अकेले हो गए हैं। उससे भी अधिक दुखद यह है कि लोग रिश्तों में रहते हुए भी एक-दूसरे के लिए अप्रासंगिक होते जा रहे हैं। घर अब भी हैं, बातचीत अब भी होती है, साथ की तस्वीरें अब भी खिंचती हैं, लेकिन धीरे-धीरे कई संबंध भीतर से खाली हो चुके हैं। उनमें उपस्थिति है, पर सहभागिता नहीं; निकटता है, पर आत्मीयता नहीं।

कुछ स्त्रियाँ और पुरुष जीवन में ऐसे मोड़ पर पहुंच जाते हैं जहां वे एक-दूसरे की ज़रूरत तो बने रहते हैं, लेकिन महत्व नहीं। वे दिनचर्या का हिस्सा होते हैं, जीवन का नहीं। उनका होना उतना ही सामान्य मान लिया जाता है जितना साँसों का बहना जब तक कोई तेज़ धड़कन न महसूस करे, या कोई सांस अटक न जाए, उन्हें किसी की ध्यान नहीं जाता।

रिश्तों की यह अप्रासंगिकता धीरे-धीेरे जमा होती चुप्पियों, अधूरी सुनवाई, लगातार टाले गए संवादों और भीतर दबे अपमानों से बनती है। एक समय था जब लोग एक-दूसरे को पढ़ने की कोशिश करते थे चेहरे देखकर थकान समझ लेते थे, आवाज़ से बेचैनी पहचान लेते थे। अब बहुत कुछ कहा जाता है, पर सुना कम जाता है। हर व्यक्ति अपनी व्यस्तताओं, असुरक्षाओं और निजी महत्वाकांक्षाओं में इतना घिर चुका है कि सामने वाले का भावनात्मक अस्तित्व धीरे-धीरे धुंधला पड़ने लगता है।

किसी संबंध में एक व्यक्ति लगातार प्रयास करता रहता है, दिल को बचाने की कोशिश में, जबकि दूसरा केवल मौजूद रहता है सिर्फ सुविधा निभाता। एक संवाद चाहता है, एक समझने की कोशिश करता है, तो दूसरा शांति के नाम पर चुप्पी अपनाता है। धीरे-धीरे प्रेम एक श्रम बन जाता है, अपनापन एकतरफ़ा जिम्मेदारी। और तब, जो कभी सहज था, वह बोझ बन जाता है।"

बहुत-सी स्त्रियाँ वर्षों तक घरों में अपनी इच्छाओं को स्थगित करके संबंधों को जीवित रखती हैं। वे टूटते हुए संवादों को जोड़ती हैं, रूठे हुए मनों को संभालती हैं, सबकी भावनाओं का भार उठाती हैं। लेकिन एक दिन उन्हें महसूस होता है कि वे केवल व्यवस्था का हिस्सा बनकर रह गई हैं उनकी थकान दिखाई नहीं देती, उनकी चुप्पी सुनी नहीं जाती, उनके सपनों का कोई इतिहास नहीं रखा जाता। वे उपस्थित रहती हैं, लेकिन उन्हें महसूस नहीं किया जाता।

दूसरी ओर कई पुरुष भी भीतर से गहरी अप्रासंगिकता का अनुभव करते हैं। उनसे अपेक्षा की जाती है कि वे केवल मजबूत रहें, कमाएँ, निर्णय लें, और भावनाओं को नियंत्रित रखें। उनकी संवेदनाएँ अक्सर मज़ाक बना दी जाती हैं। उन्हें धीरे-धीरे यह सिखा दिया जाता है कि कमजोरी दिखाना हार है। परिणाम यह होता है कि वे अपने ही संबंधों में भावनात्मक रूप से निर्वासित हो जाते हैं। वे बोलना बंद कर देते हैं, क्योंकि उन्हें लगता है कि कोई सचमुच सुनना नहीं चाहता।

रिश्तों में अप्रासंगिकता का सबसे खतरनाक रूप वह है जिसमें दोनों लोग साथ रहते हुए भी एक-दूसरे की आंतरिक दुनिया से बाहर हो जाते हैं। वे एक-दूसरे की आदत बन जाते हैं, अनुभव नहीं। उनके बीच आवश्यक बातें बचती हैं खर्च, ज़िम्मेदारियाँ, दिनचर्या लेकिन वे बातें मर जाती हैं जिनसे आत्माएँ जुड़ती हैं। कोई यह नहीं पूछता कि तुम भीतर से कैसे हो। कोई यह नहीं जानना चाहता कि तुम्हारे डर क्या हैं, तुम्हारी अधूरी इच्छाएँ क्या हैं, तुम्हारे भीतर कौन-सी चुप्पी हर रात रोती है।

धीरे-धीरे संबंध प्रदर्शन में बदल जाते हैं। बाहर से सब सामान्य दिखाई देता है, भीतर बहुत कुछ खत्म हो चुका होता है। लोग साथ बैठकर भी अलग-अलग दुनियाओं में खोए रहते हैं। स्पर्श में गर्माहट कम हो जाती है, शब्दों में धैर्य घट जाता है, और आंखों में वह ठहराव नहीं बचता जिसमें कभी अपनापन दिखाई देता था।

इस समय की एक बड़ी विडंबना यह भी है कि लोग प्रेम से अधिक प्रमाण चाहते हैं। हर भावना को साबित करना पड़ता है। भरोसा कम हुआ है, निगरानी बढ़ी है। संवाद की जगह अनुमान ने ले ली है। लोग एक-दूसरे को समझने से पहले परखने लगते हैं। संबंध धीरे-धीरे साझेदारी से अधिक मानसिक संघर्ष बन जाते हैं।

फिर भी सब कुछ समाप्त नहीं हुआ है।

अब भी ऐसे लोग हैं जो रिश्तों को केवल सामाजिक व्यवस्था नहीं मानते, बल्कि दो मनुष्यों की साझा यात्रा समझते हैं। अब भी कुछ स्त्रियाँ और पुरुष ऐसे हैं जो सुनने की कला बचाए हुए हैं। जो बहस से पहले समझना चाहते हैं। जो सामने वाले की चुप्पी में छिपी थकान पहचान लेते हैं। जो यह जानते हैं कि किसी व्यक्ति को प्रेम देना केवल उसके अच्छे दिनों में साथ रहना नहीं, बल्कि उसके भीतर टूट रही चीज़ों को भी गंभीरता से देखना है।

रिश्ते शब्दों से कम, संवेदनाओं से अधिक बचते हैं। किसी को महत्व देना बड़े उपहारों से नहीं, छोटी उपस्थितियों से साबित होता है समय देकर, बिना टोके सुनकर, थके हुए चेहरे को पहचानकर, और यह याद रखकर कि सामने वाला व्यक्ति कोई भूमिका नहीं, एक पूरा मनुष्य है।

शायद दुनिया में सबसे गहरी हिंसा वही है जब किसी को धीरे-धीरे यह महसूस करा दिया जाए कि उसके होने या न होने से कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता। और शायद सबसे बड़ा प्रेम यह है कि किसी व्यक्ति को यह एहसास दिया जाए कि वह देखा जा रहा है, सुना जा रहा है, समझा जा रहा है।

रिश्तों को बचाने के लिए हमेशा बड़े समाधान नहीं चाहिए होते। कई बार केवल इतना काफी होता है कि हम अपने सबसे करीब के व्यक्ति को फिर से मनुष्य की तरह देखना शुरू करें एक ऐसी आत्मा की तरह जो प्रेम, सम्मान, ध्यान और स्वीकृति चाहती है।

कोई भी व्यक्ति अचानक अप्रासंगिक नहीं होता। उसे धीरे-धीरे अनदेखा किया जाता है। और जो लोग अनदेखा होते-होते चुप हो जाते हैं, वे अक्सर सबसे ज़्यादा प्रेम करने वाले लोग होते हैं।

रात को खाना खाना चाहिए या नहीं?

 Healthy Dinner - आजकल सबसे ज्यादा पूछा जाने वाला सवाल यही है कि क्या रात को खाना खाना चाहिए या नहीं? 

कोई कहता है सूर्यास्त के बाद कुछ मत खाओ, कोई कहता है हल्का खाओ, और कोई कहता है कि भूखे सोना सबसे अच्छा है। लेकिन आयुर्वेद इस विषय को बहुत गहराई से देखता है। 

यहां सिर्फ “खाना” मुद्दा नहीं है, बल्कि आपकी दिनचर्या, पाचन शक्ति, शरीर की आदतें और मानसिक स्थिति भी उतनी ही महत्वपूर्ण हैं।

आयुर्वेद में रात के भोजन को लेकर क्या कहा गया है

आयुर्वेद में माना गया है कि सूर्यास्त के बाद शरीर की पाचन अग्नि धीरे-धीरे शांत होने लगती है। दिन के समय शरीर ज्यादा सक्रिय होता है, इसलिए भोजन भी अच्छे से पचता है। 

लेकिन जैसे-जैसे रात बढ़ती है, शरीर आराम की अवस्था में जाने लगता है। ऐसे में भारी भोजन शरीर पर अतिरिक्त दबाव डाल सकता है।

पुराने समय में लोग जल्दी उठते थे, दिनभर शारीरिक मेहनत करते थे और सूर्यास्त से पहले ही भोजन कर लेते थे। इसलिए उन्हें रात में अलग से भूख महसूस नहीं होती थी। लेकिन आज की लाइफस्टाइल पूरी तरह बदल चुकी है। 

देर रात तक जागना, कम शारीरिक मेहनत, बार-बार स्नैकिंग और मोबाइल-लैपटॉप पर लगे रहना हमारी बॉडी क्लॉक को पूरी तरह बदल चुका है।

रात में भूख क्यों लगती है

बहुत बार असली भूख नहीं होती, बल्कि आदत होती है। दिनभर थोड़ा-थोड़ा खाते रहना, ज्यादा एक्टिव ना रहना और देर रात तक जागना शरीर को रात में खाने की आदत डाल देता है।

लेकिन हर बार ऐसा भी नहीं होता। कुछ लोगों को सच में भूख लगती है। अगर किसी ने दिनभर मेहनत की हो, समय पर खाना ना खाया हो या मानसिक काम बहुत ज्यादा किया हो, तो शरीर ऊर्जा मांगता है। ऐसे में भूख को पूरी तरह दबाना भी सही नहीं माना जाता।

आयुर्वेद के अनुसार जब शरीर में पाचक रस बनने लगते हैं, तभी भूख महसूस होती है। अगर उस समय शरीर को बिल्कुल अनदेखा कर दिया जाए, तो अंदर गर्मी, चिड़चिड़ापन और पित्त बढ़ सकता है।

क्या रात को बिल्कुल भूखे सो जाना सही है?

हर व्यक्ति के लिए नहीं।

अगर आपने शाम को अच्छा भोजन कर लिया है और फिर भी सिर्फ आदत के कारण खाने का मन कर रहा है, तो पहले गुनगुना पानी पीना फायदेमंद हो सकता है। कई बार शरीर की जरूरत पानी होती है, खाना नहीं।

लेकिन अगर पानी पीने के बाद भी थोड़ी देर में तेज भूख वापस लग जाए, कमजोरी महसूस हो, बेचैनी हो या नींद ना आए, तो शरीर को हल्का और सही भोजन देना बेहतर माना जाता है।

भूख को बार-बार दबाने से कई लोगों में गैस, एसिडिटी, चिड़चिड़ापन और नींद खराब होने जैसी समस्याएं शुरू हो जाती हैं।

अगर रात में खाना पड़े तो क्या खाना चाहिए

यहीं सबसे ज्यादा समझदारी की जरूरत होती है। रात का भोजन ऐसा होना चाहिए जो हल्का हो, जल्दी पच जाए और सुबह तक शरीर को भारी महसूस ना कराए।

मूंग दाल सबसे बेहतर विकल्प

पतली मूंग दाल, मूंग का सूप या मूंग दाल की हल्की खिचड़ी रात के लिए बहुत अच्छा विकल्प मानी जाती है। इसमें थोड़ा घी मिलाया जा सकता है ताकि भोजन सूखा ना लगे और पाचन सहज बना रहे।

हल्की और पानी वाली सब्जियां

रात में लौकी, टिंडा, तोरी, कद्दू जैसी सब्जियां काफी हल्की मानी जाती हैं। इनमें पानी तत्व ज्यादा होता है और ये पेट पर ज्यादा भार नहीं डालतीं।

इन सब्जियों को हल्के मसालों के साथ बनाया जाए तो शरीर आराम महसूस करता है।

रोटी कैसी हो

अगर बहुत तेज भूख हो तो एक-दो हल्की रोटी ली जा सकती है। बाजरा, रागी या मल्टीग्रेन जैसी चीजें कई लोगों को सूट कर सकती हैं, लेकिन मात्रा सीमित रखनी चाहिए।

अगर जल्दी पाचन चाहिए तो ज्यादा घी लगी रोटियों की बजाय हल्का भोजन बेहतर माना जाता है।

रात में कौन-सी चीजें नुकसान कर सकती हैं

यही वो हिस्सा है जहां लोग सबसे ज्यादा गलती करते हैं।

रात में भारी प्रोटीन, तली चीजें और देर से पचने वाले पदार्थ शरीर को परेशान कर सकते हैं।

जैसे:

राजमा

लोबिया

उड़द दाल

छोले

ज्यादा पनीर

तले पकौड़े

मिठाइयां

भारी दालें

बहुत ज्यादा मसालेदार भोजन

इन चीजों को पकने में भी समय लगता है और पचने में भी। अगर रात में ये भोजन लिया जाए तो आधा भोजन ठीक से नहीं पच पाता और शरीर में भारीपन, गैस और सुस्ती पैदा होने लगती है।

रात में भारी खाना शरीर को कैसे प्रभावित करता है

जब शरीर सोने की तैयारी कर रहा होता है और उसी समय भारी भोजन पेट में चला जाए, तो शरीर की ऊर्जा आराम की बजाय पाचन में लग जाती है।

इससे:

गैस बन सकती है

पेट भारी रह सकता है

नींद खराब हो सकती है

सुबह आलस महसूस हो सकता है

सिर भारी रह सकता है

माइग्रेन जैसी दिक्कत बढ़ सकती है

आयुर्वेद में कहा गया है कि अधपचा भोजन शरीर में “कच्चा रस” बनाता है जो आगे चलकर कई परेशानियों की जड़ बन सकता है।

दूध रात में लेना चाहिए या नहीं

अगर किसी को दूध सूट करता है तो गुनगुना दूध सीमित मात्रा में लिया जा सकता है। लेकिन बहुत ठंडा, भारी या मीठा दूध कई लोगों में गैस और भारीपन पैदा कर सकता है।

हर व्यक्ति की पाचन शक्ति अलग होती है, इसलिए वही चीज खानी चाहिए जो शरीर को आराम दे, बोझ ना बने।

हर व्यक्ति के लिए नियम अलग हो सकते हैं

यह समझना बहुत जरूरी है कि आयुर्वेद सिर्फ एक फिक्स डाइट चार्ट नहीं है। यह व्यक्ति की प्रकृति, उम्र, मौसम, मेहनत और जरूरत को देखकर चलता है।

जो चीज एक व्यक्ति के लिए सही है, वही दूसरे के लिए परेशानी बन सकती है। इसलिए शरीर के संकेतों को समझना जरूरी है।

सबसे जरूरी बात — अपनी बॉडी क्लॉक सुधारें

अगर धीरे-धीरे अपनी दिनचर्या सूरज के हिसाब से लाई जाए, समय पर सोया जाए और दिन में पर्याप्त शारीरिक गतिविधि हो, तो रात में बार-बार भूख लगना अपने आप कम होने लगता है।

शरीर की आदतें समय के साथ बदलती हैं। शुरुआत में मुश्किल लग सकता है, लेकिन धीरे-धीरे शरीर हल्के और समय पर भोजन का आदि हो जाता है।

रात को खाना पूरी तरह गलत नहीं है, लेकिन क्या खाना है, कितना खाना है और किस समय खाना है — यही सबसे बड़ा फर्क पैदा करता है।

अगर भूख ना हो तो सिर्फ आदत में खाना जरूरी नहीं। लेकिन अगर शरीर सच में भोजन मांग रहा हो, तो उसे हल्का, सात्विक और आसानी से पचने वाला भोजन देना बेहतर माना जाता है।

आयुर्वेद का मूल सिद्धांत यही है कि भोजन शरीर को ऊर्जा दे, बोझ ना बनाए।

नियति तुम्हारे कर्मों में नहीं तुम्हारी चेतना मे है

 “नियति तुम्हारे कर्मों में नहीं… तुम्हारी चेतना की गहराई में छिपी है!” 🔥

👉 “अगर मैं सही काम कर लूँगा तो जीवन सफल हो जाएगा।”

💥 बाहर कुछ भी सही नहीं होगा…

जब तक भीतर का आदमी जागा नहीं!

लेकिन कभी ये नहीं पूछते —

👉 “जो कर रहा है… वह कौन है?”

यही अज्ञान है।

यही बेहोशी है।

और जिस दिन स्वरूप दिख गया…

⚡ उदाहरण 1: बाँसुरी और हवा

एक सूखी बाँस की लकड़ी जंगल में पड़ी थी…

उसे लगता था —

“मैं बेकार हूँ… मेरा कोई मूल्य नहीं…”

फिर एक दिन कृष्ण ने उसे उठाया…

अंदर से खोखला किया…

और होंठों से लगाया…

💥 वही बाँसुरी बन गई!

अब उससे संगीत बहने लगा।

सुनो साधक…

👉 जब तक तुम अहंकार से भरे हो — अस्तित्व तुमसे संगीत नहीं निकाल सकता।

ध्यान क्या करता है?

🔥 तुम्हें भीतर से खाली करता है।

और जिस दिन तुम खाली हुए…

💣 परमात्मा तुम्हारे भीतर से अपनी धुन बजाने लगता है!

यही नियति है।

🌊 उदाहरण 2: बादल और आकाश

तुम्हारे विचार बादलों की तरह हैं।

हर समय चलते रहते हैं —

कभी डर

कभी चिंता

कभी तुलना

कभी भविष्य

और तुमने उन्हीं बादलों को अपना जीवन मान लिया है।

लेकिन ध्यान में क्या होता है?

धीरे-धीरे बादल हटते हैं…

और पीछे से विशाल आकाश दिखाई देता है।

💥 वही तुम्हारी असली चेतना है!

आकाश को कहीं जाना नहीं पड़ता…

वह पहले से पूर्ण है।

👉 तुम्हारी नियति भी बाहर कहीं नहीं छिपी…

वह तुम्हारे भीतर पहले से मौजूद है।

बस विचारों का धुआँ हटना चाहिए।

🧠 सबसे बड़ा जाल — तुलना

तुम कहते हो —

👉 “वह आदमी सफल हो गया…”

👉 “उसकी जिंदगी कितनी अच्छी है…”

और फिर तुम उसकी नकल करने लगते हो।

💣 लेकिन सुनो…

अगर गुलाब कमल बनने की कोशिश करे — मर जाएगा।

अगर सूरज चाँद बनने की कोशिश करे — खो जाएगा।

🔥 हर व्यक्ति की चेतना अलग है

इसलिए हर व्यक्ति की नियति भी अलग है।

ध्यान तुम्हें दूसरों से हटाकर…

तुम्हारे केंद्र में ले आता है।

🕯️ ध्यान में नियति कैसे प्रकट होती है?

जब तुम रोज़ शांत बैठते हो…

धीरे-धीरे भीतर से संकेत आने लगते हैं।

💥 कोई काम अचानक आनंद देने लगता है

💥 कोई रास्ता भीतर से सही लगने लगता है

💥 कुछ लोगों से ऊर्जा मिलने लगती है

💥 कुछ चीज़ें अपने आप छूटने लगती हैं

ये दिमाग का निर्णय नहीं होता…

ये चेतना की दिशा होती है।

और याद रखना —

👉 चेतना कभी गलत रास्ता नहीं चुनती।

केवल परिवार चलाने नहीं आए

केवल मरने के लिए पैदा नहीं हुए

लेकिन वह संभावना

शोर में नहीं खुलेगी…

भीड़ में नहीं खुलेगी…

सोच में नहीं खुलेगी…

🧘‍♂️ वह केवल ध्यान की शांति में खिलेगी।

👉 इसलिए रोज़ थोड़ी देर मौन में बैठो

👉 श्वास को देखो

👉 खुद को देखने की कला सीखो

और फिर देखना…

💥 एक दिन अचानक तुम्हें महसूस होगा —

“मैं रास्ता खोज नहीं रहा…

मैं खुद रास्ता बन गया हूँ!”

🔥 “ध्यान तुम्हें मंज़िल नहीं देता…

ध्यान तुम्हें वही बना देता है, जिसके लिए तुम पैदा हुए थे!

“मान” मनुष्य को आदर देता है,

“स्वाभिमान” उसे गरिमा देता है,

और “अभिमान” धीरे-धीरे उससे उसकी मनुष्यता छीन लेता है।

जीवन की सबसे सूक्ष्म लड़ाइयाँ शब्दों में ही छिपी होती हैं।

कभी सम्मान बनकर,

कभी आत्मबल बनकर,

तो कभी अहंकार बनकर।

इन तीनों के बीच का अंतर समझ लेना

सिर्फ भाषा का ज्ञान नहीं,

बल्कि जीवन को समझने की पहली सीढ़ी है। 

ब्रह्म क्या है

 भृगु और वरुण — जब एक ऋषि पुत्र ने ध्यान के माध्यम से ब्रह्म को अनुभव किया...

भृगु ऋषि वरुण के पुत्र थे। एक दिन उनके भीतर एक गहरा प्रश्न उठा —

“ब्रह्म क्या है? यह पूरा संसार किससे बना है? जीवन का मूल क्या है?”

वे अपने पिता वरुण के पास गए और बोले —

“मुझे ब्रह्म का ज्ञान दीजिए।”

अब यहाँ सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात समझो। वरुण ने उन्हें सीधे उत्तर नहीं दिया। उन्होंने कोई लंबा भाषण नहीं दिया। उन्होंने सिर्फ इतना कहा —

“तप करो… ध्यान करो… स्वयं अनुभव करो।

जिससे यह संसार उत्पन्न होता है, जिसमें जीता है और जिसमें अंत में विलीन हो जाता है — वही ब्रह्म है।”

यहीं उपनिषद बाकी दुनिया से अलग हो जाते हैं। यहाँ ज्ञान ready-made नहीं दिया जाता। यहाँ साधक को स्वयं भीतर उतरना पड़ता है।

भृगु जंगल में चले गए। उन्होंने ध्यान करना शुरू किया। वे लगातार यह देखने लगे कि जीवन का आधार क्या है। कुछ समय बाद उन्हें लगा कि “अन्न” यानी भोजन ही ब्रह्म है। क्योंकि शरीर भोजन से बना है, भोजन से जीता है और अंत में भोजन में ही मिल जाता है।

वे वापस अपने पिता के पास आए और बोले —

“मुझे समझ आ गया, अन्न ही ब्रह्म है।”

लेकिन वरुण मुस्कुराए और बोले —

“और गहराई में जाओ।”

अब गहराई से समझो…

यही असली साधना है। अधिकतर लोग पहली छोटी अनुभूति को ही अंतिम सत्य मान लेते हैं। थोड़ा ध्यान किया, थोड़ी शांति मिली और लगे कि सब मिल गया। लेकिन उपनिषद कहते हैं — चेतना की यात्रा बहुत गहरी है।

भृगु फिर ध्यान में बैठे। इस बार उन्होंने और भीतर देखना शुरू किया। अब उन्हें महसूस हुआ कि सिर्फ भोजन नहीं, “प्राण” यानी जीवन ऊर्जा अधिक महत्वपूर्ण है। शरीर तो भोजन से बना है, लेकिन जीवित प्राण से है।

वे फिर अपने पिता के पास गए। लेकिन इस बार भी वरुण ने कहा —

“और भीतर जाओ।”

भृगु फिर साधना में उतर गए। धीरे-धीरे उन्होंने महसूस किया कि मन भी बहुत शक्तिशाली है। पूरा जीवन मन के अनुसार चलता है। सुख-दुख, डर, इच्छा, क्रोध — सब मन से पैदा हो रहे हैं। उन्हें लगा कि शायद मन ही ब्रह्म है।

लेकिन फिर भी यात्रा खत्म नहीं हुई।

उपनिषद यहाँ एक बहुत गहरी बात समझाते हैं। शरीर से गहरा प्राण है, प्राण से गहरा मन है, मन से गहरी बुद्धि है… और इन सबके पीछे एक और चीज़ है — शुद्ध चेतना।

भृगु लगातार ध्यान करते रहे। धीरे-धीरे उनका मन शांत होने लगा। विचार कम होने लगे। इच्छाओं का शोर धीमा होने लगा। और फिर एक दिन उन्हें भीतर एक ऐसी शांति महसूस हुई जो किसी कारण पर आधारित नहीं थी।

न कोई इच्छा…

न कोई डर…

न कोई बेचैनी…

सिर्फ मौन।

तब उन्हें अनुभव हुआ कि आनंद ही ब्रह्म है। उपनिषद इसे “आनंदमय कोश” कहते हैं। यानी अस्तित्व का सबसे गहरा स्वरूप आनंद है। यही कारण है कि हर इंसान सुख खोज रहा है। कोई पैसे में, कोई रिश्तों में, कोई fame में। लेकिन बाहर का सुख कुछ समय बाद खत्म हो जाता है क्योंकि वह असली स्रोत नहीं है।

सीधी बात यह है कि —

जिस आनंद को इंसान बाहर खोजता है, उसका स्रोत भीतर है।

आज का इंसान लगातार बाहर भाग रहा है:

• ज्यादा पैसा

• ज्यादा comfort

• ज्यादा validation

• ज्यादा distraction

लेकिन जितना बाहर भागता है, उतना भीतर खाली महसूस करता है। क्योंकि मनुष्य की आत्मा बाहरी चीज़ों से पूरी नहीं हो सकती।

भृगु की यात्रा हमें यही सिखाती है कि आत्मज्ञान किताबों से नहीं आता। उसके लिए भीतर उतरना पड़ता है। ध्यान का असली उद्देश्य भी यही है — धीरे-धीरे शरीर, मन और विचारों से पीछे हटकर उस शांत चेतना को महसूस करना जो हमेशा मौजूद है।

साक्षी भाव का अर्थ भी यही है। अपने विचारों को पकड़ना नहीं, सिर्फ देखना। जब इंसान देखने लगता है कि विचार बदल रहे हैं लेकिन देखने वाला स्थिर है, तब धीरे-धीरे आत्मा की झलक मिलने लगती है।

छोटा सा प्रयोग करो:

1. रोज 15 मिनट शांत बैठो

2. अपनी सांसों को महसूस करो

3. जो विचार आएँ उन्हें रोको मत

4. बस उन्हें साक्षी भाव से देखते रहो

5. फिर महसूस करो — “विचारों के पीछे कौन है?”

धीरे-धीरे भीतर का शोर कम होने लगेगा।

भृगु की तरह हर इंसान को अंत में स्वयं ही अनुभव करना पड़ता है। कोई दूसरा तुम्हें अंतिम सत्य नहीं दे सकता। गुरु सिर्फ रास्ता दिखाता है, चलना स्वयं पड़ता है।

“जिस दिन इंसान भीतर के मौन को महसूस कर लेता है, उसी दिन उसकी असली खोज पूरी होने लगती है।”

महिलाओं के बीच सहमति और संघर्ष

 महिलाओं के बीच सहमति और संघर्ष हमेशा सहज या सरल नहीं होते। यह कोई व्यक्तिगत झगड़ा या मतभेद नहीं है, बल्कि समाज की परतों में जमी संरचनाओं और नियमों का प्रतिबिंब है। किसी भी समाज में, महिलाओं की जिंदगी में सहमति और संघर्ष हमेशा साथ-साथ चलते हैं कभी दिखाई नहीं देते, कभी जोर से सामने आते हैं।

जब हम महिलाओं के बीच सहमति की बात करते हैं, तो वह अक्सर साझा अनुभवों और मूल ज़रूरतों से जन्मती है। सुरक्षा, सम्मान, निर्णय की स्वतंत्रता ये वे आधारभूत चीज़ें हैं जिन पर अधिकांश महिलाएं बिना किसी शब्द के सहमत होती हैं। यह सहमति केवल व्यक्तिगत स्तर की नहीं, बल्कि अनुभवों की गहरी समझ पर आधारित होती है। उदाहरण के तौर पर, जब महिलाएं किसी सामाजिक मंच पर अपने अधिकारों की बात करती हैं, तब अक्सर उनका लक्ष्य समान रहता है एक ऐसी दुनिया जहाँ उनके निर्णयों का सम्मान हो, उनके काम का मूल्य हो, और उनके अनुभवों को सुना जाए।

लेकिन सहमति जितनी गहरी होती है, संघर्ष भी उतना ही जटिल और व्यापक होता है। सबसे बड़ा संघर्ष उभरता है सामाजिक संरचना की असमानताओं और परंपराओं से। जब महिलाएं एक-दूसरे के साथ कदम मिलाकर किसी बदलाव की दिशा में आगे बढ़ती हैं, तो उनकी व्यक्तिगत प्राथमिकताएं, दृष्टिकोण और समझ संघर्ष का रूप ले लेती हैं। कोई महिला परंपरागत भूमिका निभाने में विश्वास रखती है, तो कोई पूरी तरह से उस संरचना को चुनौती देने के लिए तैयार होती है। यही मतभेद संघर्ष की जड़ होते हैं।

सामाजिक दबाव भी इस संघर्ष को और गहरा करता है। महिलाओं के भीतर कभी अलग-अलग दृष्टिकोण पैदा होते हैं शिक्षा, काम, परिवार, व्यक्तिगत स्वतंत्रता इन सभी में संतुलन बनाने की चुनौती समाज के नियमों और अपेक्षाओं से जुड़ी होती है। यही कारण है कि किसी भी महिला समूह या आंदोलन में सहमति और संघर्ष हमेशा हाथ में हाथ डालकर चलते हैं। संघर्ष सहमति की ताकत को परखता है, और सहमति संघर्ष को दिशा देती है।

महिलाओं के अनुभवों में यह संघर्ष सांस्कृतिक, आर्थिक और राजनीतिक संरचना से जुड़ा होता है। जब समाज कुछ भूमिकाएँ महिलाओं के लिए तय करता है, तो महिलाएं उन भूमिकाओं के भीतर और बाहर दोनों जगह संघर्ष करती हैं। यह संघर्ष कभी जोर से दिखता है, जैसे किसी आंदोलन में, और कभी धीरे-धीरे, जैसे परिवार या समुदाय में छोटी-छोटी चुनौतियों के रूप में।

लेकिन इसी संघर्ष के बीच, महिलाओं के बीच साझा अनुभव उन्हें एक सामूहिक चेतना भी देते हैं। यह चेतना केवल विरोध का साधन नहीं है, बल्कि बदलाव का मूल स्रोत भी है। जब महिलाएं अपने अनुभवों और दृष्टिकोणों को साझा करती हैं, तब उनके बीच पैदा होने वाली सहमति उन्हें अपने व्यक्तिगत सीमाओं से परे सोचने की ताकत देती है। यही सामूहिक शक्ति धीरे-धीरे समाज में बदलाव की नींव डालती है।

महिलाओं के बीच सहमति और संघर्ष केवल उनके बीच का मामला नहीं है। यह समाज की संरचना, उसके नियमों और अपेक्षाओं का प्रतिबिंब है। और यही संघर्ष और सहमति का संतुलन दिखाता है कि कैसे महिलाएं अपने जीवन में अधिकार, स्वतंत्रता और सम्मान के लिए लगातार लड़ती हैं। यह प्रक्रिया कभी सरल नहीं होती, लेकिन यही प्रक्रिया उन्हें सशक्त बनाती है और समाज की वास्तविक ताकत को उजागर करती है।

मनुष्य का मन एक भीड़भरा बाज़ार है

 ध्यान :-यह स्वयं को मिटाकर स्वयं तक पहुँचने की कला है।

मनुष्य का मन एक भीड़भरा बाज़ार है  इच्छाएँ बोलती हैं, भय चिल्लाते हैं, स्मृतियाँ खींचती हैं, भविष्य डराता है।

हम इतने लोगों के साथ रहते हैं, पर कभी अपने भीतर बैठे उस मौन व्यक्ति से नहीं मिलते जो जन्म से अब तक बिना शिकायत हमारे साथ है।

ध्यान उसी से मिलन है।

पर यह मिलन आसान नहीं।

क्योंकि मन को अंधकार पसंद है।

अंधकार में वह राजा बना रहता है।

मौन आते ही उसका साम्राज्य टूटने लगता है।

इसीलिए जब कोई पहली बार शांत बैठता है, तो उसे सबसे अधिक बेचैनी महसूस होती है।

उसका मन भागना चाहता है।

कभी मोबाइल की ओर, कभी स्मृतियों की ओर, कभी कल्पनाओं की ओर।

मन जानता है यदि यह व्यक्ति सचमुच मौन में उतर गया, तो मेरा भ्रम समाप्त हो जाएगा।

ध्यान का पहला रहस्य यही है:

शांति प्राप्त नहीं की जाती, शोर को समझा जाता है।

जिस दिन व्यक्ति अपने भीतर के शोर को बिना लड़ाई के देख लेता है, उसी दिन मौन जन्म लेने लगता है।

बहुत लोग जीवनभर सुख खोजते हैं।

पर सुख हमेशा किसी कारण पर टिका होता है।

कारण बदलते ही सुख टूट जाता है।

ध्यान आनंद देता है, और आनंद का कोई कारण नहीं होता।

एक बच्चा बारिश में भीगकर हँसता है  यह आनंद है।

एक वृद्ध सूर्यास्त देखकर शांत हो जाता है  यह आनंद है।

कोई अकेले बैठकर हवा की आवाज़ सुनता है और उसकी आँखें भर आती हैं यह आनंद है।

ध्यान मनुष्य को कारणों से मुक्त करता है।

धीरे-धीरे ध्यान करने वाला व्यक्ति दुनिया को अलग तरह से देखने लगता है।

वह समझने लगता है कि पेड़ केवल लकड़ी नहीं, मौन में खड़ी प्रार्थनाएँ हैं।

नदियाँ केवल पानी नहीं, बहते हुए ध्यान हैं।

आकाश केवल खालीपन नहीं, अनंत धैर्य का चेहरा है।

उसकी दृष्टि बदल जाती है।

और जब दृष्टि बदलती है, तब संसार बदल जाता है।

ध्यान का सबसे गहरा प्रभाव यह नहीं कि व्यक्ति शांत हो जाता है।

बल्कि यह कि वह कठोर होना छोड़ देता है।

वह लोगों को दोष देना कम कर देता है।

क्योंकि उसे दिखाई देने लगता है कि हर व्यक्ति भीतर किसी अदृश्य पीड़ा से लड़ रहा है।

जो क्रोधित है, वह भीतर टूटा हुआ है।

जो अहंकारी है, वह भीतर डरा हुआ है।

जो अत्यधिक बोलता है, वह भीतर अकेला है।

ध्यान व्यक्ति को दूसरों की आत्मा सुनना सिखा देता है।

और तब प्रेम जन्म लेता है।

यह प्रेम संबंधों वाला प्रेम नहीं।

यह वह करुणा है जिसमें व्यक्ति पेड़ काटते समय भी क्षमा माँगना चाहता है।

जिसमें वह चींटी को बचाने के लिए कदम रोक देता है।

जिसमें वह समझता है कि जीवन प्रतियोगिता नहीं, सहभागिता है।

ध्यान का मुख्य उद्देश्य महान बनना नहीं।

साधारण हो जाना है।

इतना साधारण कि हवा छुए तो महसूस हो।

इतना शांत कि चाँदनी भीतर उतर सके।

इतना खाली कि अस्तित्व स्वयं आकर बैठ जाए।

संसार ने मनुष्य को बहुत कुछ सिखाया जीतना, दौड़ना, जमा करना, साबित करना।

पर ध्यान पहली बार सिखाता है:

“तुम्हें कुछ बनने की आवश्यकता नहीं।

तुम पहले से पूर्ण हो।”

जिस दिन यह बात भीतर उतर जाती है, उसी दिन खोज समाप्त हो जाती है।

फिर व्यक्ति किताबों, शब्दों, बहसों से आगे निकल जाता है।

उसे हर जगह वही एक मौन दिखाई देने लगता है पक्षियों की आवाज़ में, रात की नीरवता में, किसी अजनबी की मुस्कान में, अपनी साँसों की लय में।

और तब उसे पता चलता है....

ध्यान बैठकर किया जाने वाला अभ्यास नहीं था।

ध्यान तो जीवन को देखने का एक नया तरीका था।

जब तुम पूरी जागरूकता से पानी पीते हो  वही ध्यान है।

जब तुम बिना निर्णय के किसी को सुनते हो वही ध्यान है।

जब तुम अकेले होकर भी अधूरे महसूस नहीं करते वही ध्यान है।

जहाँ भीतर कोई युद्ध नहीं होता।

जहाँ मौन बोझ नहीं, संगीत बन जाता है।

जहाँ व्यक्ति समझ जाता है कि ब्रह्मांड का सबसे सुंदर स्थान कोई पर्वत, कोई महल, कोई आकाशगंगा नहीं

बल्कि वह शांत चेतना है,

जो इस क्षण तुम्हारे भीतर बैठी

यह सब पढ़ रही है।

प्राण क्या है?

 उपनिषद “प्राण” को इतना महत्वपूर्ण क्यों मानते हैं? सिर्फ साँस नहीं, जीवन की शक्ति समझो

आज अधिकांश लोग सिर्फ शरीर को समझते हैं, मन को थोड़ा बहुत समझते हैं, लेकिन “प्राण” क्या है — यह बहुत कम लोग जानते हैं। जबकि योग और उपनिषदों में प्राण को जीवन का मूल आधार माना गया है।

ऋषि कहते थे कि जहाँ प्राण संतुलित होता है, वहाँ मन भी स्थिर होता है। और जहाँ प्राण बिखर जाता है, वहाँ बेचैनी, अशांति और दुर्बलता बढ़ने लगती है।

प्रश्नोपनिषद में एक अत्यंत गहरा वर्णन आता है:

“प्राणो वा वा एष यः सर्वभूतैर्विभाति।”

— प्रश्नोपनिषद

अर्थ: यह प्राण ही है जो समस्त प्राणियों में शक्ति के रूप में कार्य करता है।

उपनिषदों के अनुसार प्राण केवल हवा नहीं है। साँस तो उसका एक बाहरी माध्यम है। प्राण वह सूक्ष्म जीवनशक्ति है जिसके कारण शरीर जीवित है, मन कार्य कर रहा है और इंद्रियाँ सक्रिय हैं।

गहराई से समझो — जब प्राण कमजोर होता है, तो मन भी भारी और अस्थिर होने लगता है।

इसीलिए पुराने ऋषि सिर्फ शरीर की साधना नहीं करते थे। वे प्राण की शुद्धि और संतुलन पर भी जोर देते थे। प्राणायाम, मौन, सात्त्विक भोजन, ब्रह्मचर्य, ध्यान — ये सब केवल नियम नहीं थे, बल्कि प्राण को स्थिर करने के मार्ग थे।

आज का जीवन प्राण को लगातार बिखेर रहा है।

• अत्यधिक चिंता

• क्रोध

• भय

• अधिक बोलना

• लगातार उत्तेजना

• असंयमित जीवन

• अशांत भोजन और वातावरण

ये सब धीरे-धीरे प्राणशक्ति को कमजोर करते हैं।

इसीलिए आज बहुत लोग बिना शारीरिक काम किए भी थका हुआ महसूस करते हैं। शरीर से अधिक प्राण थक चुका होता है।

सीधी बात यह है कि जहाँ प्राण बिखरा होता है, वहाँ मन स्थिर नहीं रह सकता।

उपनिषदों में कहा गया है कि मन और प्राण का गहरा संबंध है। जब साँस तेज और अस्थिर होती है, तब मन भी चंचल हो जाता है। और जब साँस गहरी और शांत होती है, तब मन धीरे-धीरे स्थिर होने लगता है।

इसीलिए ध्यान से पहले प्राणायाम का महत्व बताया गया।

ऋषि जानते थे कि सीधे मन को रोकना कठिन है। लेकिन यदि प्राण संतुलित हो जाए, तो मन स्वाभाविक रूप से शांत होने लगता है।

आज भी यदि ध्यान से देखो, तो जब इंसान क्रोधित होता है उसकी साँस बदल जाती है। डर में साँस अलग हो जाती है। तनाव में साँस उथली हो जाती है। इसका अर्थ है कि मन और प्राण एक-दूसरे से जुड़े हुए हैं।

गहराई से समझो — साँस केवल शरीर की प्रक्रिया नहीं, चेतना का द्वार भी है।

इसीलिए योग में श्वास को बहुत महत्व दिया गया। ऋषि घंटों बैठकर केवल प्राण का निरीक्षण करते थे। क्योंकि जब awareness साँस पर टिकती है, तब मन धीरे-धीरे वर्तमान में आने लगता है।

आज का इंसान बाहर इतना उलझ चुका है कि उसे अपनी साँस तक का ध्यान नहीं रहता। पूरा दिन मन भागता रहता है। परिणाम यह होता है कि भीतर की ऊर्जा असंतुलित होने लगती है।

उपनिषद कहते हैं कि जिसने प्राण को समझ लिया, वह धीरे-धीरे अपने भीतर की चेतना को भी समझने लगता है।

एक छोटा अभ्यास करो:

रोज सुबह कुछ मिनट शांत बैठो।

1. रीढ़ सीधी रखो

2. आँखें बंद करो

3. साँस को नियंत्रित मत करो

4. केवल उसकी गति को महसूस करो

5. भीतर आने और बाहर जाने वाली श्वास को देखो

धीरे-धीरे तुम्हें महसूस होगा कि मन शांत होने लगा है।

यही प्राण जागरूकता की शुरुआत है।

पुराने आश्रमों में साधकों को पहले जीवनशैली शुद्ध करने को कहा जाता था। क्योंकि यदि प्राण अशांत है, तो ध्यान गहरा नहीं हो सकता। इसलिए ऋषि भोजन, संगति, वाणी और विचार — सब पर ध्यान देते थे।

आज लोग केवल information चाहते हैं, लेकिन ऋषि transformation की बात करते थे।

और transformation केवल सोच बदलने से नहीं, प्राण के संतुलन से भी आता है।

अंतिम सत्य:

जिसका प्राण स्थिर हो जाता है, उसका मन धीरे-धीरे स्वयं शांत होने लगता है।

Further to your notification dated 04 March 2026 regarding the security breach observed at Main Gate 1 at approximately 10:30 AM, NSH has conducted an immediate and thorough internal investigation.

Please find below our formal findings and actions taken.

Incident Overview

On 04/03/2026, AMIRAL Security identified an individual attempting to access the project site using another person’s access badge.

Upon notification, the undersigned together with PKG#03 HSE Manager proceeded immediately to the TCM Security Office to coordinate the investigation. The individual involved was formally handed over to NSH for internal inquiry before further escalation.

All credentials involved in the incident — including both Iqamas, the AMIRAL access badge, and the walkie-talkie remain in the custody of TCM Security

Findings of Investigation

The internal investigation confirmed that:

• The individual, Mr. Shakir Hussain (Iqama No. 2617678525), is not registered as an authorized AMIRAL site worker and does not possess a valid site access ID.

• He attempted to enter the project using the access badge issued to Mr. Baqir Hussain (ID No. 3-14077, Iqama No. 2595468915, Hiring Company: Beginning of Transformation LLC).

• The ARAMCO Rigger III badge and walkie-talkie found in his possession belonged to Mr. Baqir Hussain.

• During questioning, Mr. Shakir Hussain admitted that the badge and communication device were provided to him directly by Mr. Baqir Hussain while the latter was on vacation.

• The concerned hiring company confirmed that this arrangement was made privately between the individuals without company knowledge, approval, or authorization.

The investigation confirms that this was a deliberate and unauthorized act carried out at an individual level, in direct violation of established security procedures and site regulations.

There is no evidence indicating systemic failure or organizational involvement.

Immediate Actions Implemented

NSH acted promptly and decisively as follows:

• The individual was formally handed over to NSH Security.

• He was subsequently transferred to the Saudi Police for further legal action.

• Access privileges of the original badge holder were immediately suspended.

• The hiring company was formally notified.

• Internal disciplinary proceedings have been initiated against the badge holder and any associated personnel found negligent.

Corrective and Preventive Measures

While the incident originated from individual misconduct, NSH has reinforced additional preventive controls to ensure strengthened compliance:

• Immediate circulation of a formal advisory to all direct and indirect manpower regarding strict prohibition of badge sharing and impersonation.

• Mandatory awareness sessions will conduct through Mass Toolbox Talks (TBT) across PKG#02 and PKG#03.

• Reinforcement of access control protocols at entry gates.

• Implementation of enhanced random ID verification checks at site.

• Written notification to all subcontractors and manpower suppliers emphasizing zero tolerance for access violations.

NSH fully recognizes the seriousness of this incident and maintains a zero tolerance policy toward any violation of site security procedures.

We confirm that this was an isolated case of individual misconduct and not a reflection of systemic weakness. Immediate corrective actions have been taken and strengthened monitoring measures are in place.

Incident Description

On the morning of 14/02/2026, Mr. Mohammad Sagir, who is officially assigned to work at the TCM Warehouse, mistakenly proceeded to the TCM laydown area.

While attempting to return to his designated workplace, he inadvertently boarded a Hyundai bus instead of the assigned transportation. As a result, he was transported to the Hyundai laydown area.

After realizing his mistake, the employee attempted to return to the TCM Warehouse on foot. During this time, TCM Security personnel intercepted him on suspicion, as he was walking within a restricted operational area and carrying a water bottle.

The water bottle was inspected by TCM Security in the presence of our company representative and was confirmed to contain only drinking water. No prohibited items were found.

Investigation Findings

1. The employee deviated from his designated work location without proper guidance.

2. He boarded incorrect transportation due to lack of attention and awareness.

3. He attempted to move between operational zones on foot without authorization.

4. There was no evidence of malicious intent.

5. Security verification confirmed no prohibited materials were involved.

Root Cause Analysis

The root cause of the incident is identified as:

1. Insufficient awareness and understanding of site layout and movement protocols.

2. Lack of proper attention while boarding transportation.

3. Limited language proficiency, affecting communication and understanding of instructions.

Although the employee had attended mandatory safety trainings, including Toolbox Talks (TBT) and Mass TBT sessions, the understanding of movement control procedures was not adequately demonstrated.

Corrective Actions Taken

1. Immediate internal investigation conducted.

2. Joint meeting held with site team and HSE Department.

3. Site Code of Conduct and movement procedures re-explained in detail.

4. Employee temporarily demobilized to camp pending confirmation of ID retrieval from TCM.

However, your company has repeatedly changed drivers for sticker issued vehicles without officially informing us. Please ensure that the below-mentioned ID badge is returned to us today without fail.

As per the trailing email, two drivers were sanctioned based on plate/sticker numbers. However, both individuals were not present on site at the time of the violation one of them left the project more than a year ago. This clearly proves that the TALL register has not been properly maintained.

This situation is unacceptable and is exposing the company to serious operational and reputational risks. If there is serious accident or traffic violation happened

Hence, kindly request the Equipment Team to immediately collect the updated driver details for all vehicles from the respective site coordinators and submit the complete verified list to Mr. Mark for urgent updating in the TALL system.

Upon inspection, prohibited items were discovered inside his vehicle. Following standard security procedures, the driver was immediately handed over to the police for further investigation and necessary legal action.

Kindly note that this demobilization covers the period from 25 March until today. Out of the 500 IDs, 150+ were issued for mobilization but the personnel did not report to site, therefore their IDs are being returned to TCM.

The other IDs are being returned across various categories (Hiring Security, Hiring MP, Hiring Operators & Drivers, Own, Subcontract, and Saudization) due to end of contract, non-renewal of Iqama by suppliers, resignation, termination, etc.

Kindly confirm below listed Employees were Approved Laminators??? Currently, we have 151 nos of laminators (Approved & Unapproved) in Amiral Site as listed below.

Tentatively, all the rental Laminators will be demobilized from Amiral Project by Mid of May’2026.

Furthermore, the approval process of Laminator is approx. takes minimum 1.5 to 2 months (FPI Training Schedule, Training, Mock-up & getting JCC card) to make him to work on Site as Approved Laminator, based on previous approved laminators.

Kindly note that we have plan to demobilize the unapproved Laminators (Own) from Amiral Project by last week of May’2026.
