1. Continuing in the present: When the action in the past are continuing in the present
(जब कोई कार्य भूतकाल में शुरू हुआ हो, और वर्तमान काल तक चल रहा हो)

She has been working at the store since 2015.
We have had the same car for a while.

2. Time not finished: When the time period referred to has not yet finished
(जिस समय के बारे में बात हो रही है, वह ख़तम न हुआ हो.)

It has snowed a lot this week.
I have worked hard today.
I haven't traveled this year.

3. Actions repeated: Actions repeated in an unspecific period of time between the past and now. (जब कोई कार्य भूतकाल और वर्तमान काल में कई बार दोहराया जाता है)

She has seen that movie 3 times.
He has gone shopping many times.

4. Time is not important: When the precise time of action is not known or not important (जब अवधि का न पता हो)

"Going Beyond Sorrow"

MAN always wants to go beyond sorrows. He does not wish to experience any kind of sorrow. In the Sushupti or deep sleep state, we are not aware of anything; but only on waking we are able to understand that we slept well or that we were in a state of joy. Sushupti is a state where we are filled with ignorance of our true nature and we are not aware of our true nature. Consequently, when we wake up we are back to our old selves. We experience the usual joys, sorrows, miseries, etc...

The same person after living a life of continued and long spiritual discipline attains Samadhi (the superconscious state), where he is aware of his real nature. This state is in contrast to that of Sushupti. Therefore when he comes out of that super conscious state, he becomes an enlightened person...

Therefore it has been told that if a fool enters the state of Sushupti he will come out as a fool only, whereas the same fool when he enters into superconscious state (Samadhi) he comes out as an enlightened person...

There are various types of Sadhana. The sadhana one chooses will depend upon one’s temperament and the stage in which one exists. We have to start our journey from the point where we are in. This has given rise to various paths or modes of Sadhana. This is certainly confusing, particularly for beginners since their mind is in a state of vagaries. When the mind becomes pure and concentrated, one will be able to know the right thing...

However, to attain this process of purification, one can take the help of an advanced or enlightened soul. Such a person we call Guru (spiritual teacher). He will be able to give a proper guidance and tell us the methodology to be followed. We have to have utmost faith (Shraddha) in his words and instructions and follow the same without doubting his instructions. When this is done for a long period without any break, one can reach the stage where one will be beyond all sorrows and realize one’s true nature, which is called Atman...

Man’s desire to go beyond all sorrows is because of the innate nature of the Atman which is ever blissful (Ananda Swarupa),knows no misery or any such thing...

Lesson-3

एक वय्क्ति था वो भगवान प्रति अती आदर्स, आदरणीय और पूजनीय था । एक दिन भगवान उसके पूजा और आरती को देख बहुत प्रसन और आकर्षीत हुये और  ऋषिमुनि के भेस में उसके सामने प्रकट हुये...बोले...बोलो सेवक तुम्हे क्या चाहिए या तुम्हारी इक्षा क्या है...वय्क्ति खुश होते हुए कहा हे प्रभु मेरा पूरा घर हिरे और मोती, सोना और चाँदी से परीपूर्ण कर दे...भगवान ने आशीर्वाद दिया पूर्ण होगा सेवक...और चल दिए...फिर दूसरे दिन भगवान ने भिखारी के रूप में उसके घर आये...और उस वय्क्ति से कहा...मुझे कुछ खाने और पिने के दे दो...उस वय्क्ति ने उत्तर में ये कहा...घर में फूटी भांग धतूर तक नहीं है तो आपको कँहा से खिलाऊ और पिलाऊँ...इसके समक्ष भगवान ने उत्तर दिया...जो तुम कह रहे हो वो संच हो और इतना कह कर चले गए...ओ आदमी जब घर में आया तो पाया की सारा जगह भांग और धतूरा ही था...इस लिए मेरे दोस्त हिन् भावना और पापी मन कभी भी सकून और सुख भरी जिंदगी नहीं जी सकता...

घमंड और गरूर से कभी भी कुछ नहीं सीखा जा सकता है...और हम मरते दम तक सीखते रहते है...दोस्त आज मै इसे भी आपको एक छोटी सी पराग्राफ के तहत दर्शता हूँ...

जब श्रीराम जी ने रावण का वध किया उसके तत पश्चात लक्षमण से कहा...भाई लक्षमण जाओ रावण से कुछ ज्ञान ले लो क्यूंकि वो एक महा ज्ञानी पंडित है...लक्षमण रावण के तरफ गए और उसके सर के समीप बैठ गए और कोई प्रश्न किया पर रवण ने उनसे बात तक नहीं की...ठीक उसी समय श्रीराम की नजर लक्षमण के तरफ आकर्षीत हुआ...श्रीराम जी ने कहा लक्षमण विद्या झुक कर ली जाती न की अकड़ के दम पे...श्रीराम की बाते लक्षमण को अच्छी तरह समझ में आगई....फिर लक्षमण दुबारा रावण के पास गए और उसके पैर की ओर जाकर बैठ गए ...तब लक्षमण के प्रश्न न करने के वजूद भी रवण उनसे दो शब्द कहा...की लक्ष्मण घमंड और गरूर कभी भी नहीं रखना चाहिए ये बाते आज मुझे समझ में आ गई है...और सिखाने और सिखाने की प्रक्रिया कभी भी खत्म नहीं होती है...ये बाते भी मुझे आज दम तोड़ने के वक्त समझ में आ गई...कुछ तो समझो यारो यूँही कोई बात नहीं कही जाती...यंहा दो बाते प्रतीत होती है एक तो लक्षमण का अभिमानी तरीका ज्ञान प्राप्त करने की और दूसरा रावण से की ज्ञान की कोई अवधि नहीं होती है...

कटा हूँ,बंटा हूँ, जला हूँ, कतरा कतरा गला हूँ मैं...तब कही जाकर किसी आकर के ढांचे में ढ़ला मैं...शब्द मेरी पहचान बने तो बेहतर है...चेहरे का क्या है वो तो मेरे साथ ही चला जाएगा एक दिन..."मन" सभी के पास होता है...मगर "मनोबल" किसी किसी के पास पाया जाता है मेरे दोस्त...हुनर तो सब के अंदर होता है मेरे दोस्त बस फर्क ऐ होता है की...किसी की छप जाती है तो किसी कसी की छिप जाती है...छिपता उनका है जो गिर कर उठने की कोशिस नहीं करते...और छपता उन लोगो का है जो गिर गिर के भी चलने की तजुर्बा सीखते है...

दोस्त पिता की दौलत पर क्या घमंड करना..मजा तो तब आता है जब काबीलियत और दौलत दोनों अपना हो और पिता घमंड करे...मुझे उन आंखों मे कभी आंसु अच्छे नही लगते,जीन आंखों मे मै अकसर खुद के लिये प्यार देखता हू,...

ये बात सही है की जिस गुलसन में गुलाब नहीं होता उसकी  रौनक चली जाती है...पर ये भी तो सच है दोस्तों किसी एक फूल के मुरझाने से गुलसन की बहार और सादगी नहीं जाती...

Everyone can never be success in every firms so you keep your wish as per intreste, ability & capability...

माँ बाप के सम्मान से बड़ कर बचो का अरमान नहीं होता है और इससे बड़ी दौलत दुनिया में दूसरा और कोई नहीं है...वैसियत की बात तो दूर है ऐसी बेहतरीन हैसियत भी पैदा नहीं हुआ है...

अनुसासन से व्यव्हार, व्यव्हार से आचरण,आचरण से संस्कार, संस्कार से समाज, समाज से चरित्र और चरित्र के प्रकाश से ये प्रतीत होता है की आपका सभाव और समाज कैसा है...

यदि आप अपने आप को अति सुन्दर मानते है तो आप एक बार अपने कपडे को उतार कर आयने के सामने खड़ा हो जाय  और ओ इंसान जो अयने में दिखेगा...शायद हो सकता है की उसे देख कर आप सुंदरता की परिभासा समझ जाय...या ओ वय्क्ति आप से बहुत बेहतर अर्थ बता सकता है...खूबसूरती की...

दोस्त  बात  पते की बताऊ...जो लोग जिस सो रूम के पीछे भागते है , गोडाउन तक जाने के बात पता चलता  है की जब हर वस्तु मिटी से बन कर मिटी में मिल सकती है तो इंसान की क्या अवकात है...ये  दबदबा, ये रुतबा, ये नशा, ये दौलत सब किरायेदार है हजुर घर बदलते रहते है...खोवाइस नहीं रही अब राईस बनने की पर तम्मना जरूर है की कुछ काबिल बन जाऊ...

Those who knows Wats the meaning of sliding or flexibility...they never value of ego or proud...फर्क इस बात से नहीँ पड़ता कि आप कितने सफ़ल हैं, फर्क इस बात से पड़ता है कि क्या आप उतने सफ़ल हैं जितनी आप में योग्यता थी...

झुकाने वाले कभी नहीं गिरते अक्सर अकड़ और अहंकार को झुकना पड़ता है...

बुजुर्गो के अनुभव को अपने अनुमान के तराजू से तौलने की कोशिस मत करो क्यूंकि तुम्हारे अनुमान के ऊर्जा से कही अधिक ताकतवर उनका अनुभव होता है...बेसक उनकी बाजुओ की क्षमता कम हो गई हो पर उनका अनुभव आपको हर के जंग में जित दिला सकता है...

लाजबाब जिंदगी का एक और भी वसूल है अपने से बेहतर दुसरो को चाहना...जमी पे रह कर आसमा को छूने की ताकत रखो पर धयान रहे अपनों को गिरा कर नहीं बल्कि उठा कर...तूफान से टकराने की कोशिस जरूर करो,अपने तयारी के हिसाब से....

गलती करो गुनाह को जुर्म होने तक पर याद रहे अपने आप को कभी मुजरिम साबित मत होने देना मेरे दोस्त...Nobody superior or senior to others.. everyone has own tactics which assist them...

मै राज कुमार सहलौर सीवान आपसे एक सवाल पूछना चाहता हूँ...हम कसी दूसरे व्यक्ति की काबलियत को देख कर क्यू जलते है...क्यू उस आदमी को ऊपर से निचे की ओर धकेलने की कोशिस करते है...क्या ओ वय्क्ति हमसे हमारा धन,जाएजाद और हस्ती चुराया है...नहीं बल्कि ओ वय्क्ति अपनी परिश्रम की प्रकास के बदौलत अपनी काबलियत और जिंदगी को प्रकाशित किया है....हमने तो उसे सलाह तक नहीं दी जब ओ हमारे पास सलाह के लिए आया था...जब हमने उस वय्क्ति को मुफ़्त की चीझे नहीं दी जिसे सलाह कहते है तो हमरा क्या हक़ बनता है की हम उसके कीमती  बस्तुओं को नुकसान पहुचाये...आज ओ वय्क्ति जो कुछ भी है अपने निर्णय और क्षमता के आधार पर...उसमे हमरा कुछ नहीं लगा और न ही हमने सहयोग किया...अब मैं फिर दुबारा आप सभी से एक प्रश्न पूछना चाहूंगा क्या ये करना उचित है आप सभी दिल पे हाथ रख कर कहना...आपका उत्तर होगा नहीं...तो प्लीज आप सभी एक दूसरे को सहयोग करे...क्यूंकि एक दूसरे के सहयोग ही एक दूसरे के समस्या का समाधान है...अगर थोडा भी सही अनुभव हुआ हो आपको इस मेरी एक छोटी सी सोंच की तो आप उन लोगों को भी शेयर करे जो...जो एक दूसरे से नफ़रत करते है और जलते है...

कुछ अजीब सा रिश्ता है उसके और मेरे दरमियां, ना नफरत कि वजह मिल रही है,ना मोहब्बत का सिला...जी लो लम्हा...बीत जाने से पहले...याद आती है...वक्त नहीं...

एक बात पे गौर करना आप लोग सफलताएँ चाहे कितनी भी ऊँची क्यों ना हो पर उनके रस्ते हमेसा हमारे पैरो तले ही होता है...हवाओ के पास शक्ति तो होती है चिराग को बुझाने की पर मेरे दोस्त ये हवाये इतनी ताकतवर नहीं होती जो चिराग को जला सके... मन को उतना ही बहलाओ की दिमाग अपनी हदे न भुले...

बात सभ्यता, संस्कार और सम्मान की होती है दोस्त नहीं तो सुनी हुई बाते सुनाई भी जा सकती है...आप किस बर्ग के परिवार में जन्म लिया ये कोई मायने नहीं रखता पर आप ने आपना वक्तित्व कैसे बनाया ये बात बहुत मायने रखती है...सोना नहीं मिला मुश्किल नहीं सुई को पकड़ो...पैसा नहीं मिला कोई बात नहीं प्रयत्न और प्रयास को करो...किसी का सहयोग नहीं मिला अफ़सोस मत करो आत्म विस्वास पे डटे रहो...क्यूँकी खुद से बड़ कर कोई आपका दूसरा साथी नहीं होता...किसी के पढ़ाने से बेहतर आप खुद पढ़ सकते हो...खुद की सुधार से ज़यदा कोई और आपको नहीं सुधार सकता...

आयोडेक्स सा होता है क़ाबिलियत और सफलता जितना जलन पैदा करता है उससे कही अधिक आप को सुकून देता है...

दूसरों को सुख पहुँचाने के लिए स्वयं कष्ट उठाना और दूसरों की भूख मिटाने क लिए स्वयं भूखा रहना,मेरे हिसाब से इससे महान महानता की और कोई दूसरी परिभाषा नहीं है। दुनिया तुम्हें महान कहे, यह महत्वपूर्ण नहीं मेरे दोस्त किन्तु दुनिया की नज़र अंदाजी के बावजूद भी तुम महान कार्य करते हो, यह ज्यादा पूजनीय है...

अंजाम से यदि डर लगता है तो आगाज के अंदाज को ही बदल दो पर कदापि अभिमान और अहंकार को मत आने देना अपने मंजिलो के रस्ते में...आपके रास्ते के कटे बन सकते है...

वो क्या जाने मेरे स्नेह और विस्वास की गहराइयों को,साथ थे तो वफ़ा करते थे और आज दूर है तो दुआ करते है उसके लिए...नाम तो काँटों का ही होगा ये सोचकर अक्सर,कई बार फूल भी चुपके से ज़ख्म दे जाते है...सितम है ये गुफ्तगू-ए-मोहब्बत भी,कभी बातें बेइंतहा तो कभी खामोशियाँ बेइंतहा देती है...

दुनिया में कोई भी चीज़ कितनी भी कीमती क्यों न हो,परन्तु भगवान ने हमें जो नींद,शांति एवं आनन्द नि:शुल्क दिया है,उससे अधिक कीमती हमारे जीवन में और कुछ भी नहीं...धन ना हो तो रिश्ते उँगली पर गिने जाते हैं दोस्त परंतु जैसे  ही धन की आगमन होता है तो रिस्तो का नाम डायरी में लिखे जाते है...

तूफ़ानों से आँख मिलाओ सैलाबों पर वार करो,मल्लाहों का चक्कर छोड़ो, तैर के दरिया पार करो मेरे दोस्त...

I'm not an/a author,writer...any professor & motivator or principle & master of any heavy university & the biggest colege but my ability & capability or manner & behaviour are able to face like this personalities...

हर बात पर दुसरो की सहमियत और सलाह लेने वाले  लोग भी जीवन में ज्यदा सफल नहीं होते मेरे दोस्त...राय सब की लो किन्तु निर्णय स्वयम करो क्योंकि खुद की निर्णायक और निर्देशानुसार बनाई गई जिंदगी की जीने का मजा ही कुछ और होता है...

अपनी जीवन में संघर्ष से अपने कदमो को पीछे की ओर मत खींचो क्योंकि सफलताओ की जड़ को मजबूत करने के लिए संघर्ष का होना अति आवस्यक है दोस्त...

दिल में बुराई रखने से बेहतर है कि नाराजगी जाहिर कर दें ,जहाँ दूसरों को समझाना कठिन हो,वहाँ खुद को समझ लेना ही बेहतर है...खुश रहने का मात्र एक ही मूल मंत्र है, कि उम्मीद अपने आप से रखें, किसी और से नहीं...क्योंकि तमन्नाये जब तमाम होती है तो सपनो और उमीदो को टूटना पड़ता है...

आपके सही होने के बावजूद भी लोग आपके खिलाफ है तो आप अपने ख़ामोशी को जबाब बना लीजिये...बाकि सब वक्त समझा देगा उन जैसे लोगो को...क्योंकि दोस्त जो वक्त सिखाता और समझाता है ओ चिझे इंसान अति शीघ्र समझ जाता है...

अपने व्यक्तित्व को इस कदर विकास करो की बोलने वाले केवल आपको सुनना पसंद करे...जिंदगी जीने का मकसद खुद के लिए नहीं बल्कि दुसरो के लिए कुछ करना ही जिंदगी को जीने का वजह बनाना चाहिए...इसलिए की लोग जो आपने लिए ही कुछ करने का सोंच रखते है वो कभी दुसरो के दिलो पे राज नहीं किया करते और न ही अपनी अलग कोई पहचान बना पाते है...

जब हम किसी वय्क्ति को सहयोग और एहसान करते है तो लोग कहते है की ये तो कर्म है...नहीं मेरे दोस्त कर्म खुद के लिए किया जाता है... किसी के ऊपर किया गया उपकार फर्ज कहलाता है...जिक्र जिसका आप करते हो उसका फ़िक्र रखो चुकी वही वो वय्क्ति है जो आपके बारे में ज्यदा चर्चा करते फिरता है...

जो लोग आपसे इस तरह की बाते करे...तुमसे यह नहीं हो सकता...तुम इसके काबिल नहीं हो...तुम कभी नहीं सुधर सकते हो...तो आप वही कर के दिखाओ जो नहीं हो सकता था...उससे भी मुलवान और बेहतर बनो ...उसके सोंच से अधिक अपने आप में सुधर करो...दोस्त मैने मेरी इस छोटी सी उम्र (27) का इतना तो अनुभव जरूर है जो लोग आप इसतरह के बाते करते है वो कभी कीसी के योग्य नहीं बन पाते...मै मानता हु की अँधेरो को मिटने के लिए उजालो की जरुरत होती है...पर ये भी सच है न दोस्तों की सितारों को चमकने के लिए उजालो की नहीं बल्कि अंधेरोकी नही ...

निरंतर कड़ी मेहनत ,रूचि ,सपने और साहस ही वे उपकरण जिससे इंसान बड़ी कामयावी हासिल कर सकता है...परिश्रम के प्रकाश से ही प्रकाशित होती है आप की दुनीया....अँधेरे और उजालो से नहीं मेरे दोस्त....ऐसा कोई वय्क्ति है जो ये कहता हो...मेहनत बेकार जाता है नहीं कदापि नहीं...हमेशा यही कहा जाता है की श्रम कभी विफल नहीं होता...

दोस्तों जब करवट लेती है आप की अपनी दुनिया तब दुनियावाले आपके इर्द गिर्द मंडराने लगते है...ये संच है दुनिया हमें चलती है पर ये भी तो संच है हम ही है जो दुनीया को चलते है....या हम ही है जिससे दुनिया चलती है...

जो उड गये परिंदे उनका क्या अफसोस करें….यहां तो पाले हुए भी गैरों की छतों पर उतरते हैं...उन पंछियों को कैद में रखना आदत नहीं हमारी,जो हमारे दिल के पिंजरे में रहकर गैरों के साथ उड़ने का शौक रखते हो...

ओ लोग जो अपने आप को मास्टर मानते है...सायद ये नहीं जानते की...दुनिया में क्षमता और हुनर का कोई अंत नहीं होता...मै किसी और की बुराई को नहीं बल्कि अपनी गलती को ढूढता हूँ...

काँटों से शिकायत क्या करे जब चुभना इनकी फितरत है...शिकवा है तो है उन फूलो से जो उनको अपने काबिल समझते है...
