आधुनिक समाज के युवाओं को मेरी सलाह...

1. अपने मानक ऊँचे रखें और किसी चीज़ से सिर्फ़ इसलिए संतुष्ट न हों कि वह उपलब्ध है।

2. अपनी यौन इच्छाओं पर नियंत्रण ही आपकी सफलता या असफलता का कारण होगा

3. अगर आपको कोई आपसे ज़्यादा होशियार मिले, तो उसके साथ काम करें, प्रतिस्पर्धा न करें।

4. कोई भी आपकी समस्याओं को बचाने नहीं आ रहा है। आपके जीवन की 100% ज़िम्मेदारी आपकी है।

5. आपको ऐसे लोगों से सलाह नहीं लेनी चाहिए जो जीवन में उस मुकाम पर नहीं हैं जहाँ आप पहुँचना चाहते हैं।

6. पैसे कमाने के नए तरीके खोजें। पैसे कमाएँ और उन मज़ाक करने वालों को नज़रअंदाज़ करें जो आपका मज़ाक उड़ाते हैं।

7. आपको 100 सेल्फ़-हेल्प किताबों की ज़रूरत नहीं है, आपको बस कार्रवाई और आत्म-अनुशासन की ज़रूरत है। अनुशासित रहें!

8. नशीली दवाओं से बचें।

9. YouTube पर कौशल सीखें, नेटफ्लिक्स पर घटिया सामग्री देखने में अपना समय बर्बाद न करें।

10. कोई भी आपकी परवाह नहीं करता। इसलिए शर्मीलेपन को छोड़ें, बाहर जाएँ और अपने लिए अवसर बनाएँ।

11. आराम सबसे बुरी लत है और अवसाद का सस्ता टिकट है।

12. अपने परिवार को प्राथमिकता दें। भले ही वे बदबूदार हों, भले ही वे मूर्ख हों, उनका बचाव करें। उनकी नग्नता को छिपाएँ।

13. नए अवसर खोजें और अपने से आगे के लोगों से सीखें।

14. किसी पर भरोसा न करें। किसी एक पर भी नहीं, चाहे आपको कितना भी प्रलोभन क्यों न दिया जाए। खुद पर विश्वास रखें।

15. चमत्कार होने का इंतज़ार न करें। हाँ, आप हमेशा अकेले नहीं कर सकते, लेकिन लोगों की राय न सुनें।

16. कड़ी मेहनत और दृढ़ संकल्प आपको कुछ भी हासिल करा सकता है। खुद को विनम्र बनाना ही आपको ऊँचा उठाता है।

17. जीवन एक एकल खिलाड़ी का खेल है। आप अकेले पैदा हुए हैं। आप अकेले मरने वाले हैं। आपकी सभी व्याख्याएँ अकेले हैं। आप तीन पीढ़ियों में चले गए हैं और किसी को परवाह नहीं है। आपके आने से पहले, किसी को परवाह नहीं थी। यह सब एकल खिलाड़ी है।

18. आपका जीवन पथ इस तरह से डिज़ाइन किया गया है कि आप हर समय ज़रूरतमंद, उदास और कमज़ोर महसूस करते हैं। और केवल एक ही रास्ता है, जो बाहर निकलने का फैसला करना है। आपके अलावा कोई भी खुद को और अपने प्रियजनों को नहीं बचा सकता।

19. हर किसी का दिल आपके जैसा नहीं होता। हर कोई आपके साथ उतना ईमानदार नहीं होता जितना आप उनके साथ हैं। आप ऐसे लोगों से मिलेंगे जो आपको अपने लाभ के लिए इस्तेमाल करेंगे और फिर अपने जीवन का वह हिस्सा बीत जाने और संतुष्ट होने के बाद आपको त्याग देंगे। जागते रहें।

20. आपको इतना समझदार हो जाना चाहिए कि:

👉 दूसरों की सफलता का जश्न मनाएँ

👉 ईर्ष्या और जलन से बचें

👉 खुले दिमाग रखें

👉 अनुमान लगाने से बचें

👉 इरादे से काम करें

👉 कृतज्ञता का अभ्यास करें

👉 ईमानदारी से बोलें

👉 रोज़ाना व्यायाम करें

👉 गपशप से बचें

प्रेम का प्रमाण विद्रोह नहीं निर्वाह है...

अवचेतन मन

"अवचेतन मन: वह दुनिया जो ‘दूसरों’ को नहीं जानती"

हमारी चेतना यानी वह हिस्सा जो सोचता है, निर्णय लेता है और बाहरी दुनिया से बातचीत करता है—एक जटिल, बहुस्तरीय अस्तित्व का केवल ऊपरी भाग है। इसके नीचे एक विशाल, मौन, परंतु अत्यंत शक्तिशाली परत होती है अवचेतन मन (Subconscious Mind)। यह वही मन है जो लगभग 90 से 95% विचारों, भावनाओं और प्रतिक्रियाओं को स्वचालित रूप से संचालित करता है, और यह वही मन है जिसमें एक अद्भुत और चौंकाने वाली विशेषता होती है

"अवचेतन मन ‘दूसरों’ को नहीं जानता। यह केवल ‘आपको’ जानता है।"

अवचेतन मन के लिए आप ही पूरा ब्रह्मांड हैं

अवचेतन मन के लिए ‘आप’ और ‘अन्य लोग’ दो अलग संस्थाएँ नहीं हैं। यह विभाजन केवल हमारी जागरूक चेतना की अवधारणा है। अवचेतन की दृष्टि में हर विचार, हर शब्द, और हर भावना अंततः आपके भीतर ही प्रकट होती है।

जब आप कहते हैं

“वह बहुत बुरा है”

“वह हमेशा गलत करता है”

“लोग भरोसे के लायक नहीं होते”

“दुनिया खराब है”

तो आपकी चेतना भले ही इन वाक्यों को किसी और के लिए बोल रही हो, परंतु आपका अवचेतन मन इन वाक्यों को सीधे आपके बारे में ग्रहण करता है।

क्यों?

क्योंकि अवचेतन मन ‘दूसरों’ की पहचान को समझने में सक्षम नहीं है।

उसके लिए हर अनुभव, हर विचार, और हर शब्द आपकी आंतरिक वास्तविकता है

और वह उसे उसी रूप में सत्य मानकर आपकी ऊर्जा, भावनाओं और भविष्य की क्रियाओं को तय करने लगता है।

क्यों आलोचना आपकी ही आत्मा को चोट पहुँचाती है

जब हम किसी की आलोचना करते हैं, दोष निकालते हैं, या किसी का अपमान करते हैं, तो हम सोचते हैं कि यह नकारात्मक ऊर्जा बाहर जा रही है दूसरे व्यक्ति की ओर।

परंतु अवचेतन मन इस ऊर्जा को बाहर जाने ही नहीं देता।

अवचेतन का नियम सरल है:

“जो कुछ आप कह रहे हैं, सोच रहे हैं या महसूस कर रहे हैं वह आपके ही अंदर घट रहा है।”

इसलिए जब आप किसी को ‘अयोग्य’, ‘बुरा’, ‘धोखेबाज़’ कहते हैं, तो आपका अवचेतन मन आपके अंदर के विश्वास-तंत्र को उसी अनुसार ढालने लगता है।

धीरे-धीरे आप खुद पर भी वही लेबल चिपकाने लगते हैं, जिनका उपयोग आप दूसरों के लिए करते हैं।

इसका परिणाम?

आत्मविश्वास कम होना

गुस्सा बढ़ना

रिश्तों में तनाव

खुद को साबित करने की अनंत कोशिश

भीतर ही भीतर अपराधबोध

भावनात्मक थकान

यही कारण है कि नकारात्मक बातें करने वाले लोग अक्सर सबसे अधिक परेशान, दबे हुए और टूटी हुई आत्मा वाले होते हैं भले ही बाहर से वे मजबूत दिखते हों।

अपने शब्दों की शक्ति को समझने की जरूरत

हम अपने शब्दों को हल्के में लेते हैं, परंतु अवचेतन मन हर शब्द को आदेश की तरह लेता है।

शब्द ऊर्जा बनते हैं, ऊर्जा भावनाएँ बनती हैं, भावनाएँ आदतें बनती हैं, और आदतें हमारी वास्तविकता।

यदि हम दुनिया के बारे में नकारात्मक तरीके से बोलते हैं, तो अवचेतन मन हमारी दुनिया को उसी दृष्टि से बनाना शुरू कर देता है।

अनजाने में हम खुद के लिए ही कठिनाइयाँ, समस्याएँ और नकारात्मक परिस्थितियाँ आकर्षित करने लगते हैं।

कैसे आपके शब्द आपकी नियति बनाते हैं

मान लीजिए आप कहते हैं

“लोग भरोसे के लायक नहीं।” आपको अधिक धोखे मिलेंगे।

“मैं तो हमेशा असफल रहता हूँ।” असफलता बढ़ती जाएगी।

“मेरी किस्मत खराब है।” अवचेतन मन आपको ऐसे अवसर दिखाना बंद कर देगा जहाँ किस्मत आपके पक्ष में होती।

असल में आपकी बातें भविष्य का रास्ता बन जाती हैं।

अवचेतन मन उसी रास्ते पर आपको चलाना शुरू कर देता है।

तो समाधान क्या है?

1. शब्दों को फ़िल्टर करें

सोच-समझकर बोलें, क्योंकि हर शब्द अंदर ही अंकुरित होता है।

2. दूसरों पर दया और सम्मान दिखाएँ

दूसरों के लिए कही गई सकारात्मक बातें भी आपके भीतर ही फल देती हैं।

3. आलोचना से पहले रुककर सोचें

क्या यह बात जरूरी है?

क्या इससे मुझे या किसी को सुधरने में मदद मिलेगी?

4. आत्म-संवाद को कोमल बनाएं

अवचेतन मन आपकी आवाज़ को सच मानता है।

इसे प्यार दें, यह आपको वह जीवन देगा जिसे आप चाहते हैं।

5. भावना की जिम्मेदारी लें

जो आप महसूस करते हैं, वही आप अपने जीवन में बनाते हैं।

" अवचेतन मन आपका दर्पण है"

इस गहरे सत्य को समझ लेने से जीवन बदलने लगता है

कि आपका अवचेतन मन केवल आपको जानता है।

इसलिए दुनिया में कही गई हर बात अंततः आपके भीतर ही वापस आती है।

जब यह बात भीतर तक समझ में आ जाती है,

तो व्यक्ति दूसरों पर प्रहार करना बंद कर देता है और

अपने भीतर की दुनिया को सुंदर बनाने पर ध्यान देना शुरू करता है।

और जैसा आपका अंदर है वैसी ही बाहरी दुनिया आकार लेने लगती है।
